Lloyd stared blankly at the TV screen, loosely gripping a chocolate bar in one hand and the remote in the other. "Wow Lloyd, you look like you'll die of boredom." He sighed at Kai's comment. I probably will... He shoved a bit of the chocolate into his mouth. After swallowing, a strange, high-pitched sound came out. Lloyd covered his mouth. Was that me?
It happened again. Hic. Kai stifled laughter. "It's not *hic* funny." he responded, trying to be monotoned but failing miserably. Kai burst into laughter. "You're right, it's hilarious!" Lloyd rolled his eyes and hiccuped again. Kai figured he could have fun with this. Sniggering, he got Jay to help him with a prank.
It had been about fifteen minutes. Lloyd didn't want to budge, but he didn't stop hiccuping. Hic. Hic. Hic. Finally, he got up and headed to the kitchen for a glass of water. He opened the tap with his glass underneath, waiting for the water, but it never came. He pushed the tap closed and headed to the bathroom. No water there either. He searched the whole house, causing Cole, Nya, and even Zane and Sensei Wu to begin laughing. Lloyd was appalled.
"It's not *hic* funny! Uncle *hic* Wu!" Lloyd only called Sensei 'Uncle' when he was whining about something. He still had the mind of a ten-year-old. The man ruffled his nephew's hair, chuckling gleefully. Now he was a little mad. "Kai *hic*!" he complained. He was the only person who knew, surely he was the cause of this. Zane, feeling a tad sympathetic (not that he stopped laughing), got a cup and filled it with ice, convincing a hysterical Kai to melt it for him. Cursing under his breath, Lloyd drank down the glass of water and the hiccups went away. It was now that a new problem arose. Hic. Lloyd started laughing at the elder teen. "It's not *hic* funny!" Lloyd smiled; Kai'd asked for this. "You're right, it's hysterical!"
