I slam the car door as I exit the vehicle.
I unlock the door and throw a stack of stapled papers at my husband
"What are these?" he asks
"What do they look like?" I spat
"I don't know," Nate said as he began shuffling through the papers, "D-divorce papers?"
"Yeah, that's what they are, now fill them out," I say firmly.
"Why, Caitlyn, we can work this out," he says getting up from his seat on the couch
"No, Nate, I don't think we can," she sighed, "Fill 'em out please,"
"Cait, I can fix this, look I promise it'll never happen again, just give me one more chance," He reaches out for my hands but I pull away.
"I already gave you enough chances, and this is the end," I say, "Just sign the papers, so I can leave already,"
"Please," He says trying to get some kind of eye contact, but I avoid it, "Please Caitlyn, I love-"
"Don't even thing about saying 'I love you' because coming from you it's a load of bullshit,"
"No it's not," he retaliates.
"It's not!?" I yell, "Then why'd you do it? Huh!?"
"I don't know," he whispers.
"Did you think I wouldn't find out about this?" I shout.
"Look Caitlyn, I'm sorry, but let's forget about that, it's already in the past, let's just move on," he begs, tears forming in his eyes.
"Just sign them," I say.
"Think about this first, don't do something that your going to regret,"
"I have thought about this, all those fucking days that you never came home because you were 'working', I'm not going to regret this," I say frustrated, "Now do YOU regret sneaking around with that shank?"
"Yes, I do Caitlyn I regret ever doing that to you, please, I'm sorry," he says, the tears finally releasing themselves.
"Well I'm sorry, but sorry just is not going to fix things this time around,"
I know it was short but bare with me I wrote this in like 10 minutes, Review Please!
