Her Dragon Boy

Two stories in one day. I AM SUCH A BOSS =)

Haha, I'm happy =p normally, inspirations don't last this long for me, but I'm glad it did because I really liked this one! Better than History anyway = = but yeah. Enjoy? =)

Disclaimer: I (sadly) own nothing. THERE WOULD BE A SEQUEL BY NOW. There is one but it doesn't even connect to the first movie = = it talks about some cats or something. It's so weird = =

They first met when she was three.

She didn't even remember; her mother had to tell her the story. But somehow, floating weightlessly through the clear, starry night, hand in hand with him, she remembered everything.

Kohaku River was once a mighty river, it's waters sustaining the lush, green grass that grew on its banks. The flowers that flourished nearby was the most beautiful in town, and it was a good spot where people could go for some down time, when they weren't feeling happy, or even just simply enjoying the beautiful day with the beautiful river.

For reasons she couldn't fathom, the town decided to drain the river and build houses right on top. For years and years, she blamed Japan's overflowing population and would mutter curses under her breath whenever she passed the spot where the river used to be, her harsh words directed at the tons of concrete that concealed the mighty flow of water, sealing her mighty dragon beneath its heavy foundations. She had sent complaints and reports up to the town council for several years requesting the renovating of the homes and the Kohaku River. Many people stood against her destroying their homes because of environmental reasons, but she stood firm.

Because he was her dragon boy and she would do anything for him.

Just like when she was ten. She could muster the courage to stand up to Yubaba, just for him. She could work hard and do things she had never done, just for him. She could stand up to a No Face monster who wanted to eat her, just for him. She could travel for miles deeper into a world she did not know, just for him. She could fall down an endless, dark hole that most likely held death for her, just to hold onto him, just for him. She could go plead on his behalf to one of the two most powerful witches in the entire spirit world for his forgiveness and some sort of cure to his half-dead condition, just for him.

Because he was her dragon boy and she would do anything for him.

They flew back to the bathhouse together, hand in hand. She had won Yubaba's game, and he took her back to the entrance and exit of the spirit world. He told her not to look back, and she didn't. He promised to go find her, and she believed him.

It's been many, many years since, but she still waits. She waits for him to return.

Because he is her dragon boy and she would do anything for him.

Yep. Finished again. Short, I know, but still! =D Review? =D
