Snow drifted to the frozen ground like so many dead zombies the night before. I stood alone next to an abandoned seven eleven. I did not have any idea where all the babies had come from, nor did I know what to do know that it was all over with. Nobody even knew the real story, not from the beginning anyway. Except for one person, who had been involved ever since the beginning. A mere six days before.
DAY ONE- "What a cute little baby", Denise said as she entered the newly refurnished apartment. "How old is she", Denise asked. "Six months tomorrow", Kamran answered.
Kamran had just moved in to the third story of the aging duplex in room eleven a. It was a very strange room. For example all the rooms in the duplex were painted dark brown except for eleven a, which was painted a very bright orange. With ugly carpet that was once red but had long since turned brown from years of stains, spills, and muddy shoes.
"Kamran did not like the way Denise just walsed into her apartment whenever she pleased." " So what if she had only lived there for a few days, it was still her apartment. "Oh well,"she thought. Soon my baby will not be cute or little, but it will however be very hungry.
Day Six- The baby had grown so fast that it was almost too quick to catch. It bit and scratched and people changed unoticably at first but after a while it was impossible to miss. A hunger grew in them. An unamaginable, unquenchable thirst. A desire for more than food more than satisfaction, just raw, painful wants. After a while everyone just seemed to be craveing, not so much brains but just craveing. They all went mad yelling, killing just pure madness.
Until some one, some one special decided that he had seen enough. It had been a total success. He exterminated all of the infected, and then collected the original. The so-called cute little baby. Where he would head next or what he would use his creation for was unsure. Altho it was rather clear that he had a long journey ahead of him and he still wondered why he
