Um yeah, I spur of words here. 3 Inspiration from the fanfic 'Burnout'. Very neat fanfic there. I do not own Angelic Layer.
Hope you enjoy!
I pick a petal and pray it's the one I wanted
Misaki straightened the rest of her curly ends and smiled.
Mihara Oujiro. Hard-working. That's all it was these days. Nothing but work seem to have come quicker each day. She knew he loved Angelic Layer, but while she knew that, the sudden love for her grew out of her mind. That's when she grew a sudden tension that just wouldn't cease.
"I hope he didn't forget," She whispered a silent prayer to herself before cleaning off her table from her hair products and bows.
He was going to take her to an angelic tournament today. The' ANNUAL.TOURNAMENT+' was being taken place
She jumped up with a smile and skipped to Oujiro's home office. Hopefully he's just signing a few papers, she thought mourning as she neared to the office door.
"The competition papers are right here in front of me, sir," She heard before the door was halfway to being fully opened. Her eyes fell to the floor and her heart sunk. He wasn't go to do anything except work. She quickly changed her expression and hid the sadness with a deceiving smile.
"Yes, I will try to get it to you today," He looked to the young lady and smiled lovingly, but then his eyes narrowed and worded "What's wrong?" He saw straight through her infamous smile.
"Thanks. Bye Mr. Touhi," He said before hanging the cord phone down to its base. She looked away to dispel any worried looks from him, but she already knew she would have to speak up to him. She tingled her fingers together nervously as she tried to think of an excuse quickly.
"Misaki-chan?" He looked to her eyes and she smiled once more. He shook his head; he already knew everything. Her smile was disengaged and her frown came to surface.
"Oujiro-san-" He had out down his pen and stack his papers neatly and put them aside. He looked at his watch and her eyes brightened with joy.
"You know if you have some business to do, you can always finish it. I don't have to go!" She began to feel guilty because of her selfish wants to go to a tournament that she can go to next year while he has papers due the next morning. He was up and smiling.
"Misaki-chan, I know my work has been bothering you. And whenever you're in need, I am the first to help you," he looked into her eyes so innocently before he pulled her into a loving embrace.
"Aye," She said with a muffled voice, "Thanks Oujiro," He hugged him back while he kissed her forehead.
I love you, I love you; I do, I do!
