"Dorinda? Can I ask you something?" Hayley, a close friend, asked me.
"Sure, Hayles. Shoot," I answered.
"How come you haven't pretty much given up on life? School and all that."
"Well, since I date more boys than everyone else, and we always break it off. So, I'm considered the school slut."
"Yeah, exactly. Why don't you hate the title?" she pushed, though Hayley probably cared more than I did myself.
"Because I'll find the right guy eventually. For all I know, he could be a snake wrapped around my neck gone unnoticed," I said matter-of-factly.
"There's more."
Well, no!
Duh.
"Because I know something they don't," I remarked casually.
"What is it?"
"I'm the only one who's -- present company excluded -- still a virgin," I smirked.
