Merry Christmas everyone. I was thinking about making a Christmas oneshot and this popped in my head. I might type another one but I'm not sure yet. Hope you like it.

The night before Christmas and all through the house the parents were sleeping but not a little girl. She was wide awake waiting for Santa. In her small hands was a blond nutcracker. "If you were real I think we'd be great friends." Her pale eyes looked at the fire place. "Santa will be coming soon. Maybe he will make you real."

Next to the fire place on a small table was a plate full of cookies and a small glass of milk. They were set their for Santa as a treat before he left. The little girl had even made a card and set it next to the cookies. "I hope Santa likes it." She said with a smile.

The little girl set the nutcracker on the ground. "I'm glad mom and dad haven't used you. I would be afraid that you would break." The little girl looked at the clock. It was only 11. "Santa should be coming soon. I hope he makes you real."

She grabbed a cookie off the plate. "I hope Santa doesn't care that I eat one." She sat back down near the fire place. She ate the cookie and when she picked up the nutcracker she saw that she had gotten chocolate on him. "I must get a rag. Your dirty." She ran into the kitchen and climbed on the stool. She wet a rag then ran back into the living room.

She noticed that the plate full of cookies and her card were gone. "I missed him again." She wanted to cry but then next to her nutcracker was a card and a small little pouch.

She picked up the card with a smile on her face. Dear Hinata it read. Thank you for the cookies and I really like the card. In this small punch is the magic to make your Christmas wish become true.

She quickly picked up the bag and looked inside. It was full of a white powder. "What do I do with this?" She picked some up with her small hands and a few grains fell on the floor. There was a glow and once it disappeared the nutcracker was gone. "No where can he be?"

She felt something touched her shoulder and when she turned around she saw the nutcracker but he was no longer made out of wood. He was a boy about her size too. "H-h-hello n-n-nutcracker."

He gave her a smile. "I'm Naruto. Thank you for taking such good care of me."

"Y-y-your welcome."

"Do you want to play?"

"Y-yes."

He grabbed her hand and her face lit up red. "I can only stay until your parents wake up."

The rest of the night they played any game that Hinata wanted. When the sun started to rise Naruto went back to being a nutcracker but the girl wasn't sad. She was happy to have her Christmas wish granted.
