This is my first fanfic please comment, I haven't really decided when it takes place yet. Thanks!
"Blair, Blair wait!" Chuck shouted as he watched the thin brunette walk swiftly towards his elevator. She didn't turn around and the only sound she made was the snapping of her high heels against the polished wood floor.
"Blair!" He shouted again as he raced over to her and wrapped his arms around her frail waist.
"Please, Chuck, just let me leave." Blair said quietly without turning around to face the guy she loved. She was close to tears but she was not going to let him see her cry.
"But Blair, I'm not going to let you go without me. I love you and I need you." Chuck said and he just wanted her to turn around so he could see what she was thinking.
"You don't need me you can find any wasted girl in a bar. And you don't love me, you don't possess that emotion." Blair replied bitchily even though it practically killed her inside to hurt him that way.
Chuck dropped his arms from around her and watched as the elevator doors open and Blair walk in without looking at him. He was in a state of shock and he was frozen still.
The second the elevator doors closed, Blair broke into tears and she couldn't hold in the pain anymore. She stepped out of the elevator and walked out of the building. The doorman watched her and he couldn't help but wonder what had happened in that apartment since when her and Chuck had arrived home after their date they had been laughing and beaming at each other like two people in love.
Chuck poured himself a glass of scotch and sat on the couch. He tried to convince himself that Blair was a selfish bitch who didn't deserve love, but he couldn't. Blair was the most amazing person he had ever met and he did love her even if she thought he didn't. He wanted to run after her and he knew he should but he was so hurt by her comments. He downed his scotch and poured another glass. This was going to be a very lonely, drunken night.
Blair climbed into a taxi and then tumbled out when it arrived at her apartment building. Her mind was completely blank and she liked it that way. She didn't want to cry for Chuck and she didn't want to think about anything that had happened.
"Miss Blair, how was your date with Mr. Chuck?" Dorota asked as she greeted Blair in their penthouse.
"Dorota, I'd like to be left alone. Please don't come into my room unless I call for you." Blair didn't look at her loving maid as she walked into her bathroom. She turned on the bathtub and watched until the mirror was completely fogged up. Then she knelt down next to the freshly cleaned toilet and purged her stomach from the expensive romantic dinner her and Chuck had shared. Blair then climbed into the bathtub and kept her mind clear as she scrubbed her body clean of all of Chuck's touches.
Chuck cried that night; it was the first time he had cried since he was a liitle boy. He didn't want to but he loved Blair. He told himself that he would find Blair tomorrow and convince her about his feelings. He was too drunk to do it right now and he didn't want her to see him this way. He wasn't going to be the old Chuck Bass, he was the new Chuck Bass and he was in love.
