Spark.

A flicker of hope

One so small, Unrecognizable to the human eye.

A small quick flash of color,

Of triumph, of bravery.

In that millisecond,

In that flash before our human eyes,

A change is set to perform.

Yet the feeling of lose & despair is awful & cruel,

It is a big step in the performance.

The seed is small, small indeed.

Your empty plot of soil is no more.

Sunlight gives you growth,

but the droplets from the sky is what stays the longest.

Each one crashes down with a painful force,

Filled with anguish and hurt.

But this creates the potion,

To complete the performance.

The rain stays but never goes,

Nothing but rain & hurt.

But then.

Once you reached your limit,

Once you think all hope is gone,

Once you want to give up,

A spark comes alive.

Big, bright, and beautiful.

Popping out of the earth floor,

You inhale scene around you,

That you've been preparing for all this time.

It was worth the wait
