Chapter 1

Today was like any other, a walk through town, a sunny day in little town of Louisiana, Lake Charles. I was sitting down at the bus stop waiting to go to school. I realized I had left my phone on my bed! I was mad, because I needed it today of all days. Today was the first day of football practice. No I'm not a player; no I'm not a boy, I am a trainer, for the basketball and football team of Grandlake High School. A trainer is someone who is the medical assistance on the field, no not a manager, I tape ankles, I make sure the boys are hydrated and I make sure their doing their job on and off the field, such as eating correctly.

I love what I do it makes me feel that I am needed. I am unable to play any sports since I got in a car accident and messed up my spine and ribs. So I found the closest thing to being on the field, right next to it watching. Some say, "well why not just buy a ticket and watch," and what I say to people that ask is that, "with my job if a player is hurt on the field I get to get on the field, help someone, and potentially save a life. I couldn`t ask for a more satisfying job, or hobby.

My name is Courtney Delaney and this is my life.

Chapter 2

I have manly 3 best friends, Aimie, Kyndal, and Jaci. These people have been there through it all, my parent's divorcee, my heart break, and moving schools every ten day but eventually coming back. Until recently I have full trust of all my friends.

Then it all came crumbling down when my lie came out! See a few months ago my friends were slowly drifting away, we just didn`t talk as much. So then I started talk to a guy, well it didn't go anywhere I didn't even like the guy so we were just friends. Then my stupid, self-got this idea, the idea was to tell my best friend that I fell in love with this guy so we would have something to talk about. Well I had to keep lying to make seem like a real relationship. I was so scared that if I just said that the Fake relationship was over I would not have anything to talk about the untimely lose my friends forever. So I kept lying, and lying, and lying. Finally the lie got so bad, I had said I push his fake ex-girlfriend down a flight of stairs, because she kept coming to my house to talk about her fake ex and my fake boyfriend (in the lie the ex is actually he's current girlfriend).
