FROZEN THEMED: MY LIFE By: loverforlove
part 1
Anna
So, my cookie making skills aren't that great. So shoot me. And is it my fault that Olaf decided to turn the mixer on high so that the gooey stuff went flying? No, it's not. Now my nightgown is covered with cookie dough. Great. Thanks a bunch Olaf. And now my sister is mad at me. "Anna! What the heck is this?" my sister Elsa raged, snow starting to fall around us, depending on her twist of emotions. "Olaf did it. "I pointed an accusing finger at the little snowman who giggled and tried his best to look innocent.
"Anna, the guests are coming tomorrow and now I have another mess to clean up!" Elsa sighed and shook her head. "I was just trying to have a little fun Els. With all the serious stuff going on, can't we have a little bit of fun every once and a while?" "You can, but not a 2 in the morning, Anna. I thought you of all people would know better than this." Her words hit me like a knife to the skin. "It's not my fault Hans escaped! You're just selfish, Elsa." I yelled. "Anna, go to bed." Elsa's face turned pink, snow swirling in great gusts around us now.
"FINE!" I turned and stomped out of the room, Olaf trailing uncertainly behind me. "Anna? What's going on?" Kristoff rubbed sleep from his eyes as he stood outside his bedroom. "I decided to make cookies and Elsa got mad." I grumbled as I turned the knob to my room. "Ouch." Kristoff made a face. I'm gonna go see what I can do. See you in the morning." He started down the hall, and I silently crept after him. He pushed open the door to the kitchen and stomped in, taking in the heaps of snow and the cookie dough splattered everywhere.
"Here let me help you." He started scraping off cookie dough from the ceiling while Elsa tackled the floor. "So, I heard Anna wanted to make cookies." He said. "Yes. It was entirely inappropriate with the ball tomorrow and everyone coming." Elsa said firmly, throwing away a chunk of cookie dough. "She was just trying to have a little fun, Els. Hans did so much and she's probably worried right now. She's trying to take her mind of things." Kristoff said gently, but gruffly. "I know, but at 2 a.m.?" Elsa sighed, throwing the last bit of cookie dough away and thawing the heaps of snow piled everywhere.
"Don't let her get under your skin, Els. I'll talk to her in the morning." Kristoff yawned. Elsa nodded, her platinum blond hair falling in waves around her shoulders wher her braid was taken our. "What if he shows up tomorrow? In front of Hiccup and Merida and Punzie and Flynn…and Jack." Elsa shuddered. "I'll look out for her, and I'm sure Jack will look out for you." Kristoff said, placing a hand on Elsa's shoulder. "Yeah, I guess you're right." I crept away silently, and slipped into my bedroom just as they turned the corner.
What if Hans did show up? Would Kristoff really try to protect me? And what about everyone else? What would happen to them? Questions swirled around and around in my brain as I tried to sort out my thoughts. And I fell asleep with them ringing in my ears.
