Tesla Shimura walked through the lantern lit streets around the Kisaragi department store, surveying the few people on them, mostly late workers going to and from their jobs. Good. Tesla had been uneasy about doing his rounds on the department store because of the Heroes the owner had contracted, but he has reassured himself by researching their abilities, and so her he was, sending electricity through the doors to force them open. Normally, Tesla was average in the extreme, it in the night, he was covered in crackling blue electricity, the stench of ozone around him. He even had a mustache that was two bolts of surging electricity. He wore a shining black bodysuit underneath his electricity. His hair was black, his eyes a startling shade of blue. He strolled into the deserted store and looked at the clock. 11 o'clock, just like every other time he had come to wreak some good natured havoc. He casually walked into the elevator, his quirk powering it up and taking it to the fifth floor. He opened it and immediately leaped to the right as a crimson spear of hardened blood embedded itself in the elevator doors. The earth beneath Tesla's feet shook as Luke charged at him. Tesla jumped again, blasting Luke's back with electricity as he barreled past and under the airborne Tesla. Gabe made a grab for him, his hand's reach increased by blood, but Tesla shot a great blast of electricity that pushed him back and knocked Gabe off his feet. "Hold it right there." A voice said behind the crouching Tesla. Wil had teleported Ethan and himself to the floor. "Give up." Wil said, his wispy body pulsing victoriously, "You're hopelessly outnumbered." Tesla laughed at these foolish heroes. "You are the ones who are outnumbered." Tesla said as he let off a blinding flare of electricity, forcing all four of them back. Tesla ran for a window and broke it, jumping down to the street. That was a good enough amount of stress relief for tonight. Tesla calmed down his sparking electricity and made for the abandoned arcade where his Villain mafia waited for the right moment to shatter the plague known as Heroes. He opened the door and was greeted by his brother Tenko Shimura. "Brother. You're back early."
Tesla ruffled Tenko's hair as he passed by and took a seat in the barstools they had appropriated early on.
"I ran into some unexpected nuisances. Don't worry, I disabled any electronics they could use to track me when I made my escape."
"Wow, just like you big bro. Strong and smart." Tenko said with just the slightest twinge of jealousy in his voice. Tenko admired his older brother. His talent and ability far outstripped Tenko's.
"Well, I probably could have killed one of them if I didn't mind getting captured, but I have people to lead, the destruction of more than just a few small fry Heroes to cause." Tesla looked at Tenko, the only one who had waited for Tesla to return, and smiled as he walked toward the beds he and his brother had taken from a mattress factory's storage. "It's time to call it a night Tenko." Tesla said as he opened the door that led to quite a few currently empty beds and some snoring Villains.
"Night brother." Tenko said as he tiptoed over to his bed. Tesla gently closed the door and made the way to his bed to sleep the rest of a victorious Villain.
