Note: My first fluff yugioh fic, so I think a lot of criticisms are acceptable. NO FLAMES. I had a short fuse with
flamers lately. I can be a real horrid bitch and harass them into my cyber hellfire. Okay enough
of that O_o ::thwaps head::

This short fluffiness was taken from a reading in a Sunday mass. Yeah, inspiration strikes at the weirdest of
places _ and that counts the noted passages mentioned below. (sleeve starts to burst into flame)

Done in Yami's P.O.V. Short serious delicious :3

It was a cold Saturday afternoon when I felt a slight drizzle dousing my hair. A gust of wind brushed against my
cheek. I've been waiting here for little over an hour already and he was still nowhere to be found. I decided to
take shelter inside a church across the street as the rain began to fall harder.

A wedding was taking place at the moment.

I decided to take my place at the far end as a man assumed his place at the lectern and slowly adjusted his
microphone.

"A reading from the 1st letter of Paul to the Corinthians."

I have read the passage numerous times for some reason before but it was only now that I gave it much
thought.

"Love is patient; love is kind."

Yugi asked me to meet him at the mall. I already counted close to a hundred buses approaching the fly-over
and around a hundred more depositing passengers in front of me. Damn! If he really cares about me, he would
not have allowed me to wait an eternity. I arrived at our meeting place with the sun shining radiantly in the
horizon, I left with the skies already dark and threatening to drench me.

And where was he? Perhaps in front of his dresser putting on a new pair of pants he coaxed me into buying
last week.

"Love is never rude, it is not self-seeking..."

He banged the phone real hard that my ear drum must have split.

"Love does not rejoice in what is wrong."

Maybe he wouldn't come at all. I turned to leave as the rain seemed to have ceased.

The glass door opened. There he was...

Soaking wet.

But still magnificent.

He sat beside me and gave me his sweet, incandescent smile.

"There are in the end three things that last: faith, hope and love, and the greatest of all these three is love."

I took his hand.

"This is the Word of the Lord."

We walked toward the glass door. He placed his head over my shoulder. At that moment, the coldness of my
heart melted as the warmth of his touch radiated throughout my body.

"Thanks be to god."

-END!!!!-

Me: t-thanks be to god O_o? I need to work on my finishing lines. *sweatdrops*
