It took all of his effort but Tsuruga-san managed not to gasp. He saw his violent, and usually cocky rival; Sho Fuwa, crying. He couldn't figure out what had made a guy like that so upset.
Fuwa walked solemnly with flowers in one hand like one might see at a wedding. 'A wedding?' Tsuruga-san thought. 'Did he just get back from a relatives wedding?' To Tsuruga-san's surprise Fuwa started walking toward him.
Tears continued to roll down his cheeks as he placed the bouquet in Tsuruga-san's arms. He flipped open to card to find it read words that pierced into his mind like an arrow. 'I offer you my condolences' Saying nothing Fuwa nodded in conformation before walking back from the way he came. 'No' Tsuruga-san thought. 'I never got the chance to tell you…'
Hours later Tsuruga-san sat in his room occasionally glancing over to the bottle of pills on the table. He took the bottle and dumped all the pills into his mouth. He swallowed them down with a sip of gin and with his last dying breath whispered. "Never got the chance to tell you" But he stopped knowing that the sentence wouldn't, couldn't ever be finished.
