This be my first fic - Yay me! It's quite short, but tell me what you think, please :)

Disclaimer: If I was lucky enough to own Harry Potter, would I really be writing fanfiction? I think not.

Thanks to Emmylou on FAP for coming up with this plot bunny.

(Plot Bunny #1044:) Lily decided that her new bra was a mistake just half an hour after putting it on. An area that was usually ignored by boys was now becoming a target of stares. The usual indefinable blackness of her robes had been replaced with something much more attractive. It hadn't helped that James's first words upon seeing her at breakfast were: 'Merlin, look at those!" and everyone had.

--

James had raised a hand and pointed towards Lily's chest. This hand was lowered rather quickly as Lily approached him. She did not look happy, to say the least.

Everyone had looked, except the girls, that is. And, of course, a couple of guys who were thought to be gay didn't look – though Edward Gunning still looked. A slightly red-faced Lily narrowed her eyes, and lifted her hand just a tad above her shoulder, before moving it palm-first rather fast towards James Potter's face.

The resounding crack made everyone stop and turn around to look. The entire Hall was silent, and no one said a word for a few moments. Those who weren't already looking at Lily and James soon joined those who were. The left side of James' face was as bright a red as a quaffle, and the other half was attempting to match the colour.

"Would you mind repeating that, Potter?" Lily asked in a sickly sweet voice.

James slowly shook his head, and turned back to his breakfast and started to eat.

"No? Are you sure? Alright then; maybe, next time, you can keep your perverted little thoughts to yourself." Lily sounded as though she was talking to a little kid.

She walked over to her friends Penelope White and Catherine Forde. They began to giggle, as did the rest of the girls sitting with them. Slowly conversations began again and people began to eat their breakfast.

"So, James," Sirius Black began. "That plan went brilliantly! She's really going to want to go out with you now!"

"Really?" James perked up a little bit.

Remus Lupin smacked James on the head. "No, you dolt. You just embarrassed – well, attempted to embarrass her in front of the entire school. Though, actually, the joke's on you."

Rubbing his forehead, James eyed his two friends warily. "How is that so?"

Sirius grinned. "You, my friend, have just been embarrassed in front of the whole school – by a girl. Not just any girl, either. This girl just happens to be the one you fancy!"

James' only response was to sigh, and as he headed off to Charms he vowed that one day he'd pull the world's biggest prank by himself - or, at least, Hogwart's biggest prank since the school was started. Who would it be on? Why, Remus and Sirius, of course. He just had to think one up.
