AN: This is a really short Brady one-shot that I came up with. It's supposed to be funny, but I'm not sure if I achieved that or not. Hope you enjoy!
Brady one-shot- Learning New Things.
"You're not doing it right,"
Brady looked up from what he was doing and glared at the girl.
"And how would you know?" He asked haughtily.
"Because I've done it before," The girl said with a roll of her eyes.
"Which is exactly why I told you I'd show you how," She reminded him.
Brady sighed and agreed with a nod of his head.
"Fine, then tell me what I'm doing wrong," he demanded.
"Well for one, your fingers need to be wetter," She told him.
"Really?" Brady asked, looking down at his hand.
"Yep" The girl said,
"It makes all the difference," She assured.
"Fine," Brady said and did as he was told, getting his fingers wetter.
"Now am I doing it right?" Brady asked.
The girl looked at him and paused for a second.
"You could add another finger or two, that might help,"
"Are you sure?" Brady checked, "I mean I already have one finger in, and I have pretty big finger's"
"Yes, I know you have big fingers and yes, I am sure,"
"Will it fit?" Brady asked.
"It'll be fine," the girl reassured.
"What if I break it?" Brady asked quietly. The girl snorted.
"You're not going to break it,"
"Are you absolutely sure?' Brady asked.
He really did not want to break it. That would be bad for both him and the girl.
"Brady," the girl sighed, "If it was gonna break I wouldn't have you doing it, now shut up, listen to me, and put another finger in."
Brady did as he was told again and tentatively put another finger in.
"How that?" Brady asked.
"Good, that's much better, now move your fingers, in and out." The girl instructed.
"Am I doing it right?" Brady asked after a few moments of silence.
"Yeah, that's much better, just like that." The girl said.
Brady smiled and continued doing just what he was doing, pleased with the expression on the girls face.
Minutes later when the girl was pleased and Brady's hands were now dry, the two looked at each other with large smiles on both of their faces.
"I'm so glad you taught me how to do that," Brady said.
"Me too," The girl grinned.
Brady and the girl stood side by side as they looked at the kitchen counter, where the glass cup that Brady just washed, rested as it dried.
"Now I can finally hand wash my own dishes," Brady said with a superior look on his face.
