I do not in any way, shape, or form own Bleach, the characters, or any other relations~

It was somehow fitting. The day was dark and dreary, as though even the Soul Society itself was mourning. By now, only Byakuya Kuchiki stood, watching as though somehow, Hisana would get up and smile, apologizing for making him worry. But that was impossible; for once the blossoms fell, they couldn't ever become whole and lovely again- no matter how much one wished or cried. And Byakuya knew that for a fact. He knew that and still, he couldn't bring himself to rationalize, to take his responsibility as Kuchiki's head and return to the house. Because like the blossoms that never failed to bloom, Hisana had never failed to warm those around with her very presence. As such, wasn't it inevitable that, also just like the cherry blossoms never failed to fall to the ground after their show; that she, too, would eventually fade? Byakuya let the last lily fall upon the grave of his...dainty, graceful, kindhearted, beautiful beloved. As he turned away alone, he realized that there was difference between the two. Where the Cherry Blossoms fell upon and brightened that short time for all, because of their stubborn blindness at her lineage...only he was gifted Hisana's benevolence. Still, as he made his way toward the manor, already the new buds pushed their way out to burst and brighten the coming spring. Already, the dance of the Sakura was starting anew...without one.

I should really stop writing such depressing things...but it's just such a bittersweet, tragic story...

Anyway, please review~
