Title: Sideswipe's Dilemma

Okay so this popped up in my mind while writing some of my other stories. Enjoy!

He was stuck.

There was just no other way to put it… and apparently no way out either.

Yup, Sideswipe was in a situation he never thought he would be in. He was caught in one of his own pranks.

He was still trying to process where he had gone wrong when setting up the prank.

It should have been real simple. Lay the chain loop down on the ground all the while keeping out of sight of Red Alert's security cameras. He suppose that was his first mistake and not disabling the security camera in the first place, then he wouldn't have to worry about it.

When did it all go wrong, when he heard voices in the distant and he panicked, something he never did when setting up his pranks. So not wanting to get caught he turned and took a step straight into his own trap.

So now here he was hanging from the rafters without anyway of getting down. He had tried to get at the chain, but his bulky frame did not allow him to reach that far.

Sideswipe wasn't sure how long he had been hanging there for, until footsteps in the distance once again alerted him to another mech nearby. He perked up as whoever it was coming closer to his spot, before a figure rounded the corner up ahead.

Prowl stopped in his tracks, focusing his optics on the sight before him. His head tilted to the side as he stepped closer to the red warrior who was grinning sheepishly at him.

"Sideswipe," he spoke to the other.

"Yes Prowl?" returned Sideswipe, somehow managing to still look sheepish and grin at the same time.

"Why are you hanging upside down from one of the rafters?" deciding to be blunt about his question.

The grin continued to stay on Sideswipe's face as he gave a small shrug. "Just decided to hang around."

Prowl nodded his head, looking back down at the datapad in his hand. "Well have a nice day then," he said and began walking away from the hanging lamborghini.

"Wait," Sideswipe called after him. "Aren't you going to help me down?"

Prowl stopped and turned to look at him, before shaking his head. "Nope," and continued to walk away ignoring Sideswipe's calls to get him down.

At least no one would be falling for Sideswipe's pranks today with the warrior tide up as he was.
