Disclaimer: I don't own Sailor Moon.

A/N: After watching Sailor Moon Super S again, I really wanted to write a story about something related to that arc. Chibi-Usa and Helios wasn't working for me, so I went to this! I haven't written in awhile, so this is my jump back into the fanficiton world. Hope you Enjoy!

I was beautiful once. I was beautiful in an age of silver and porcelain. I was beautiful when the porcelain began to crack and age, and make way for a new era of science and war. I was beautiful in the mirror: all mirrors spoke the truth and that truth was singular and ever-lasting: I was beautiful, for now until eternity.

Slowly, the mirror began to crack. It showed flaws that should not have been seen on perfection. My beauty began to rust and decay. The mirror shown the truth: a rusted flawed woman who one day would age into a bitter old hag. The mirrors truth was always shone to me…always mocking me…there had to be a way…

My subjects all revered me, they all said they adored me…their dreams were beautiful…always of me…that's when I realized the power that their dreams held…was that the way?

Dreams were always beautiful. dreams would never fade in their shimmer. They would always shine with the light of beauty, the beauty that I was destined to always hold! Dreams did not crack, dreams never faded…always beautiful…

"Take them," a voice whispered. "They're yours. They always will be yours."

I can't. I thought. They don't belong to me.

"They all are yours! Take them…don't you want to stay beautiful?"

Yes but…

"Beauty such as yours should not fade. Should never fade. Your subjects will understand that."

Beauty…I am beautiful…

"Yes, dreams will keep you beautiful…forever. Go on, take it, take them! Take them all. It wont be so hard."

The voice was right: It was not hard. To reach into them, into their hearts, into their souls and rip what made them hope and dream and love and laugh, was surprisingly easy. All of them came. Each and every one of my subjects came to see how beautiful I was! And they saw it all, forever more, trapped within the mirror…the mirror that no longer cracked or frayed, but that glowed and shimmered with the light of my beautiful dreams! Of their beautiful dreams for their Queen! Of my ageless, superior beauty that would last for all of eternity! I was happy…so happy…

Until I met a rabbit from the moon.

"Those are not yours," she told me with a calm, cool demeanor as her harsh light flooded my body. "You will pay the price for your deeds."

I was trapped behind the mirror. The mirror of truth: the mirror that shown me what I never wanted to see. I am aging, I am hideous! I must stay beautiful…the mirror needs to keep me beautiful! It was supposed to keep me beautiful!

"It will," the voice returned. "We just need time…you will always be beautiful my Queen. Fear not."

But here?

"Beautiful for an eternity imprisoned is far better than decaying in a world where they will see you as a witch."

Yes…I will stay here…always so beautiful…

Time passed, and the rabbit fell to the laughs of a mangled witch. Millennia went forth, and I remained: forever lovely behind my cage of truth and glass. The voice would return for me. It would tell me when the time was right for me to be reborn in all of my perfection.

So I waited. I waited for a pink rabbit with beautiful dreams, and a Pegasus with a golden heart. For one day…they would both be mine.
