The Quote:
"With love, you see, even too much is not enough," Pierre-Augustin Caron de Beaumarchais, French Dramatist
Lucy sat on her bed in the seventh-year Ravenclaw dormitory with a tear streaked face, holding her stuffed bunny like it was her life line.
"Never trust a bunny," Brenna said as she sat down beside her.
"No, it's never trust boys," Lucy told her.
"I believe your bunny is a male named Max," Brenna smiled and wiped away the tears on her best friend's face. Lucy straightened her back, and tried to regain her bunny's lost dignity.
"Max is a co-ed name"
"Yes. Still never trust a bunny. Didn't you learn anything from the little ravens movie nights?"
"Catchy music is wasted on terrible choreography."
"Yes, but that's not what I was thinking about. Never. Trust a bunny"
"I still say never trust boys," Lucy sobbed into her bunny.
"Lu, look," Brenna lifted Lucy's face so she was looking at her eyes, "Love is weird, trust is weird, friendship is weird, and humans are complicated. Humans could hate a person with a passion, and never let go of the grudge, just because, once it was there. Friendship takes years to get, but a moment to lose. You could trust a person with your life, even if the person almost allready killed you once. And love... It hurts you, brings you down, and when you hit rock bottom, it kicks your face again. But there's something about love..." Brenna paused and wiped away the lone tear that was hanging on Lucy's chin. "With love, you see, even too much is not enough,"
"Now wipe your tears and come down to practise. One day this could make a nice song"
"One day this could make a nice song," Lucy wrote "A song about humans trust and friendship, and how love kicks you're down..."
