They were born on April Fools day, how could they not be jokesters with the best of them.
They kept their family on their toes and Hogwarts in hysterical laughter.
They already have plans for their joke shop.
Professor McGonagall complains of course, but really she does have a soft spot for them.
Their beating skills have lead to some pretty spectacular games of quidditch.
Their mother reprimands them, but they see the glint of humor in her eyes.
The common room is never boring when they are around, but Gryffindor often seems short a few points.
The occasional explosion from their room surprises no one.
They are an unit, a pair.
They are each others best friends, confidants, sounding board, opposes and equals in the same measure.
They are twins.
Weasley Twins.
They brought fun and happiness and jokes and joy to the masses
The masses loved them for it.
The masses never see the fear.
The fear of lose that both felt so deeply.
What would happen it they became like their father.
If it hadn't happened to their father, they doubt they would have considered it.
They had come in at the same time, why not leave together as well.
Great Uncle Fabian and Gideon had done that way back in the first war. They had gone down fighting together. Like twins should. I just seemed natural.
But that hadn't happened a second time. Fred had gone down, but he hadn't taken George with him.
Freddie and Roxy can't imagine being apart.
The absents of Uncle Fred has always hung over them, a dark veil hanging over their joy.
How did one live without his twin?
They wanted to ask, but they knew better.
They knew it would hurt. They knew it would be down right painful.
They suspected it could not be over come.
No matter how much their dad smiles and laughs, he has lost something.
And Roxy and Freddie don't think they could stand it.
So they have a plan. And if one of them goes down, the other will be right behind them.
