This one's supposed to be more silly then anything. A look at Cosette's and Cornelius' sibiling rivalry, if you will. Cosette is eleven or twelve. POTA does not belong to me nor does the name Cosette belong to me. pre Battle

"That's not true!"

"It it too. Everyone knows it."

"Girls aren't best at everything!"

"Big sisters are. They know everything about their little brothers."

"Prove it."

"Your favorite color is red, you don't like studying much, your favorite games include:
follow the leader and freeze tag. You also have crush on a chimp named Eleanor." Cornelius quickly covered his sister's mouth. Beneath his hand, he felt her mouth turn into a smirk. "I told you." Cosette said. "OK OK, I believe you on the sister thing! But boys can still do some stuff better then girls! We can climb trees!" Cornelius replied. "That isn't fair." Cosette said offhandedly, "May I remind you, you are a chimp? Of course you'd be able to climb trees better then me!" "I can run faster then you!" Cornelius challenged.

"No you can't." Cosette replied.

"Can too!"

"Cannot!"

"Can too!"

"No you can't!"

"Bet ya I can!"

"Fine! whoever reaches that tree over there first and runs back home, is faster!" Cosette exclaimed, rising to her feet. Both took off immediately, with Cornelius in the lead. Cosette caught up though, touching the tree first and sprinting harder then she ever had. Cornelius was close behind though, catching up. Cosette won though, leaving Cornelius panting behind her. "OK...," He panted, "You won that, but I bet you can't beat me at hide n seek!"

"One rule," Cosette said. "No hiding in the trees." Cornelius nodded. "OK, I can agree to that. But you're counting." "Deal." Cosette replied, "How long do I count?" "Hmm...Until thirty." Cornelius said. Cosette turned around, hid her face and began to count. Cornelius during all of this, was looking desperately for a place hide. Eventually he was able to hide in a pile of logs that were covered by a blanket. By the time Cosette was done counting, Cornelius was nowhere in sight. By ten minutes of searching, she began to get annoyed. "Cornelius!" She called. "Cornelius, I swear if you're up a tree, you're going to wish you hadn't!" Cornelius snickered. He knew he was safe. For now... Cosette was getting ready to call for him to come out, when she heard a shriek from nearby. Turning to the right, she saw Cornelius uncovered and grinned. Cornelius' eyes widened and he leapt to his feet, sprinting as though his life depended on it. Cosette knew exactly where he was headed. An old oak, where he could climb and not worry about getting caught.

This time however, he had no idea he was being followed quietly by Cosette. She learned how to follow someone quietly from Caesar. Just as Cornelius thought he was safe, he heard Cosette's voice behind him: "Boo." Cornelius screamed and fell (safely, thank goodness) into a pile of leaves. Cosette jumped down and gently pinned him. "Well, I think we both know, whose going to win. Because I know, the quickest, most effective way to make you yield." Cornelius tried to keep a note of fear out of his voice. "How?" Cosette gave off her famous smirk. "You see Cornelius, big sisters have a secret weapon that they use only when absolutely necessary. And in my situation, I have to use it or you're not going to give up." "What is it?"" Cornelius asked, still nervous. Cosette could tell. "Don't worry, it's painless. Nothing to be afraid of." On the last word, Cosette dug her fingers gently into Cornelius' sides, prompting immediate loud laughter. "You've learned your second lesson about big sisters today." Cosette said, smiling devilishly. "Never put yourself in a position for tickle torture."
