A/N: Ten little drabbles based on one-word prompts for Ferb/Vanessa. Most are cliche and all are completely filled to the brim with cheese. I hope you enjoy!

Disclaimer: I do not own Phineas and Ferb.

1. Smile

It wasn't just that Ferb could always make her smile, usually just by talking in that adorable British accent of his, but it was how he could provoke a smile out of her when no one else could.

2. Ritual

It was nearly the same every Friday during his senior year—he would meet her at their favorite coffee shop for "afternoon tea," as she had nicknamed it, where the two of them would talk about anything and everything. It was always these times that they treasured the most.

3. Engineer

Vanessa had always marveled—even when Ferb had been just a kid—how amazing every single invention he and his brother had come up with. But what she now marveled at was how especially amazing were the inventions that Ferb had built just for her.

4. Skateboard

Ferb's jaw had uncharacteristically dropped when he saw that his girlfriend could ride the half-pipe on his skateboard. His mouth was open so wide that Phineas had forever joked that his brother would have been able to catch a whole fish inside his mouth if he had been underwater—earning himself a smack on the arm from a disgruntled Ferb.

5. Color

Vanessa's favorite color ever since she could remember had always been black. Now, though, she was beginning to like green a whole lot more.

6. Candle

When the power had gone out when Vanessa was visiting the Flynn-Fletchers, she had been touched when the sweet eleven year old British kid had brought her a candle and quietly inquired if she was alright.

7. Chocolate

Only Ferb knew the right kind of chocolate to bring her when she was going through "one of her moods." Even her Dad had started asking him how he did it, provoking only a vague shrug from the young boy.

8. Tree

They had lay underneath the tree in his backyard one summer afternoon, watching the clouds pass by and the funny designs the sun shining through the leaves made on the grass. Reflecting back on it, Ferb thought that it was one of the more memorable moments of their relationship.

9. Rose

When he had given her a dried rose elegantly displayed in a box for their fiftieth anniversary, she knew right then and there that she could never possibly love anyone else more than she loved him in that moment.

10. Sky

"The sky's not even close to the limit," Ferb had told her once. Vanessa hadn't really believed him, until he had taken her to a picnic on the moon and had given her a ring and a promise that would last an entire lifetime if they let it.
