These three are intertwined,
In soul, in heart, and even in mind,
Together they can do great good,
But alone they only wish they could.
They hide themselves from everyone, including each other,
Afraid to reveal the truth to their mothers,
Sometimes they wish they could just give in and die,
Or even just give in and cry,
But everyone would laugh and they'd be ashamed,
And when asked why they would give someone else the blame.
I am like them,
In more ways then one,
And my story just begun,
I am the lover the one with the cool façade,
That hides every single day,
I hide from my brother, my friends, my peers,
I sometimes even hide my tears.
So I know what it's like to feel all alone,
And to hide from a shadow that's all my own,
And I know exactly who you are,
Hiding and wishing on a star,
Well I know how to make that wish come true,
And that's to reveal you for you:
The lover is Seth,
The lover of all,
Young and old,
Big and small.
The fighter is Leah,
In her bitchy words,
Always afraid of being called a turd.
The man-whore I bet you can guess is Paul,
That tries to love,
In his own way, sort of.
And whether this helps or hurts,
Remember something you can always hold on to,
You are not alone, even if the world seems dim
The outcome might not be perfect, but what ever is?
Review! Tell me what you think. Is it as good as my first Twilight poem? Sorry about not rhyming at the end, I couldn't think of a way to rhyme and to get my point across.
