Tis' the Season to be Jolly

It was the Christmas holidays and the Gryffindors held a battle against the Slytherins in the snow. Each house had its own fortress of snow and ice at either end of the Quidditch pitch. The Gryffindors (led by Harry, Ron and Hermione) marched on towards the Slytherins, and they sang:

Feed the fire with boughs of holly
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la
Tis the season to be jolly
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la
Send the hexes on their way
Fa-la-la, la-la-la, la-la-la.
Hex and curse them through the day
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la.

See their blazing fort before us.
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la
Grab your wand and don't be gutless.
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la
Listen for the sound of the war-bell
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la
Then swish and flick and send em' to hell
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la

Fast away the battle passes.
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la
Hail the Gryffindors in the masses
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la
Come celebrate, our victory is here
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la
With pumpkin juice and butterbeer
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la
