Author's Note: This is the Prologue and it's just a teaser to see if you all like it.
Those waiting for Harry Potter and the Lost Father, well I'm hoping to start on it again in February.
Silently, the dark ,dirty water lapped upon a rocky beach. Each lap, covered the next in small
waves as it tried to somehow invade upon the rock's stubborn surfaces, yet to no avail.
The mist rolled quietly over the shores, pushing against the stone that towered from the
ground, but the fortress that stood there was unmovable. A giant upon the island,a place of
punishment, and for many a place where there souls were ripped away and doomed for an
eternity.
Large iron gates, rusted from the salty, stinking air creaked as prisoner's in tattered robes were
taken in. Guards with solemn faces treaded through the gates. . .in and out. Many a prisoner
envied them their freedom;for many would never exit those rusted iron gates that sealed their
fates. . . .
Chains that bound them together, hand and foot dissolved into the darkness as they were shoved
into the dreariness of the prison. Dark halls, and cold cells awaited them, slowly stripping away
their identities until they were only numbers. Gruesome phantoms haunted the halls, gliding
through the darkness as the cold surrounds them like children around their mother. Each rattling
breath invokes horror in the minds of those that pass it,those that cannot run from it. A scream
pierces the darkness, and the guards shudder. They know what it is that happens. . .they know
what is it that makes men scream. . .
A towering fortress sealed many evil men's fate, but for one man. . .his innocence was stripped
away, and his spirit inprisoned, until a ray of hope came slicing through the gloom. This is his
story. . . .
