I decided to rewrite this one shot because nobody got who it is. I'll leave the one shot to explain who it is.
Yes, SpiffyMoogle (see original SS),it's like the "Breaking the Habit" music video. I was watching it anddecided to write this. And,Merrigold (also seeoriginal)this story does have something to do with Kingdom Hearts.
Disclaimer: I stare sadly at Riku just because he isn't mine. If I don't own Riku, how can I own the rest of the KH crew?

Stopped Singing (edited)

Slowly, I opened my closed eyes to let the tears fall. The stone I found outside rested in my hand. Next thing I knew the round, solid rock was thrown at the mirror in my room. The pieces lay shattered on the floor. I picked one up as I spied the piece of paper with the two words I learned and wrote in first grade. We were supposed to describe ourselves and I wrote
"I am Riku. I am nothing."
I clutched the glass tightly. Looking down at it, I saw the ends of my choppy silver hair and my narrowed eyes. It cut through my glove and blood started to drip off my fingers. I cut my wrist just for the heck of it and dropped my weapon. My hand passed over the paper making the "I'm nothing" into "I' no h n"
Everything is becoming blurry.
Might as well spend the small bit of my fucking life the best I can. The first thing that came to mind was a song.
"Leave the door shut, don't worry about me"
I sang softly. Then, another song came,
"Please help me 'cause I'm breaking down, this pictures frozen and I can't get out
Please help me 'cause I'm breaking down, this pictures frozen and I can't get out of here
Believe me, I'm just as lost as you
An' every time I think I've finally made it
I learn I'm farther away than I have ever been before
I see the clock and its ticking away, and the hourglass empty."
And another,
"Memories consume
Like opening the wound
I'm picking me apart again
You all assume
I'm safe here in my room
Unless I try to start again
I don't want to be the one
The battles always choose..."
Song after song, they came. Each of them to take my breath away. Each of them to take another minute. When everything finally became white, I stopped singing.
Everything is silent.

The 'thank you'
Thank you, everyone that review this and the original verison of "Stopped Singing." I thank everyone that read both verisons. I, also, thank Linkin Park for making Breaking the Habit and whoever made the music video. I love it and can't stop watching it. I even have the DVD. I thank Traptfor "Still Frame"(I think that's what's called)and an unknownband/artist who made "Changing." And for you, cause you're still reading whatever I'm saying.
