Remus Lupin and Werewolves in The Media

AN: This was written while listening to the song 'Werewolf in London'. You've been warned

Has it ever occurred to you that in the media, Werewolves are portrayed as evil things that mutilate humans, as in the line from the song 'Werewolf in London' "Little old lady got mutilated late last night, Werewolves of London again"? In book three, as long as the Wolfsbane potion was consumed, the Werewolf is semi-safe. Also, Werewolves are safe around other animals. In the song, the Werewolf is seen drinking a Pina Colada. Given that the Werewolf was in his ordinary state, he wouldn't have been noticed as a Werewolf. And in movies and books (Other than in HP) Werewolves are aggressive even as humans, and often stay inside? Some people think that they are always furry. In book 3, Remus Lupin is a normal person most of the time, given it isn't a full moon.

Just something to think about.

AN: What do you think? Do I sound like a textbook? What do you think?
