Purple Kimono
Clear skies were more then a term to describe the weather. They could be used to describe one's mood.
A clear and relaxing feeling—similar to flying perhaps? Such a feeling was given while gazing upon the landscape before him. A rather all too big of a pond was set in the middle with a bridge connecting to the other end. There, lay a tree.
"'Kaa-san, are there fishes there?" he asked. Little one at year of four.
Long, black, silky smooth hair swayed as the gentle smile of a mother faced him.
"I'm not sure Sasuke, why don't you go see?"
"May I 'Tou-san?" he turned to another raven-head, interrupting a discussion between him and another man. Big and broad like his own father, but with river-like tresses and opaque eyes.
"Just don't stray too far."
"Aniki, come with me!" he turned again to another raven-head.
"I'd rather not. Go on ahead without me." Two fingers poked his forehead then he pouted. He scurried off.
The bridge was a reddish shade. Leaning over the edge, he saw coy gather around before him. Small splashes were heard hear and there. A tiny sob.
He turned his head towards the tree.
Nothing.
Ah! There it was again. He ventured towards the other side of the trunk and there it was. A small bundle whimpering.
It looked up. Large, innocent opaque eyes staring in surprise. Similar to those of the last pair he saw. Her tears began to gather again. She turned away.
Don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't—!
She looked up for a second time because this time there was a hand on her cheek. Gently, it whipped away trails of her tears.
"I'll marry you so you don't have to cry anymore." A heart-stopping smile.
