"Diana. Diana can you hear me?"

A brunette was perched on the top of a skyscraper as she looked at the city below her.

"Yeah, I can hear you, Celeste." She said to the communicator pinned on her black turtleneck.

"Good." a voice said with static.

"State your mission." The voice, called Celeste, said.

"I am to retrieve," the brunette, Diana, said,

.

.

.

"Hyuuga Natsume."

"kh." Diana heard Celeste smirk through the communicator. "Good. Don't mess it up."

"I DON'T mess up." Diana said.

"Whatever." Celeste said crisply. Diana could almost see Celeste rolling her eyes.

"You are to attend Gakuen Alice." Celeste continued. "Do you know what that place is?"

"Duh. I wouldn't be here if I didn't." Diana said rolling her eyes.

The other line kept silent. Diana knew Celeste's question means 'Tell me what that is'.

"It's a school made for the 'special' people like us," she couldn't help but roll her eyes, too.

"And it's our job," Diana said,

"to screw it up." She finished with a smirk.

"Exactly." Celeste replied. Diana could hear the unhidden mischief behind her voice.

"Now," Celeste said,

.

.

.

"What are you waiting for?"

The two of them grinned mischievously at this as Diana quickly leapt out of the tall building, leaving no trace that she was there in the first place.

"Watch out, Hyuuga Natsume." Diana said to seemingly no one.

.

.

.

"Hell is coming."

"Hm…" the brunette had a thoughtful expression on her face.

"So this is Gakuen Alice."

She was in front of the school's gigantic gates.

"It's much… bigger in person."

"Should I teleport inside, or should I wait for a teacher to come out? Choices, choices."

"Meh." She shrugged her shoulders. "I'm getting too impatient to wait out here. Teleportation it is then"

She teleported inside and then came face to face with a guy with blonde, wavy hair that reached up to his shoulders with bright, sparkling purple eyes. He looked about 20 years old, maybe older. He had the look of surprise on his face.

'A teacher.' Diana thought. 'If I'm not mistaken, his name is… Na…naru…Narumi! Yea, that's it!'

Narumi was looking closely at her.

"Ah!" Narumi said, popping a fist into his palm, as if he remembered something.

"May I ask you, miss," Narumi started, "If you happen to be here to become a student?"

Diana cocked her head to the side, not believing this man's naivety. Could it really be this easy?

"Hmm… " Diana said. "So what if I am?"

"So you must be an alice user then!" Narumi stated.

"Evidently." Diana said rolling her eyes.

"Good!" Narumi said. "Come with me then."

Narumi started skipping off towards the school building.

Diana sweatdropped.

'Seriously?' she thought, 'oh well, this makes my job much more easier.'

They reached a room where Narumi told her to sit and wait at the couch and then he left her. She sat down and looked around the room. This is one of the things that she needed to be. Observant. Every little detail counts. This is one important trait you need to have when you're one of those people whose job is being a spy.

Narumi came back shortly with papers and a school uniform.

"I'm back!" He said cheerfully.

"Obviously." She whispered to herself. 'Stupid.'

"So let's see… uhm…" Narumi was looking at her again with a thoughtful expression.

"What was your name, again?"

.

.

.

.

.

"Mikan.

Mikan Sakura."

Well, that's chapter one.

It doesn't really say much 'cuz it's actually a prologue...

How'd you like it? Should I continue? Should I just throw it in the trash or what?
