Hello! This is my first Fanfic and it's a LoZ Fanfic! Speaking of which:
I don't own own any of the Legend of Zelda games nor the characters.
Now that that's out of the way, let's get started!
"Come on, Link! We have to get to the Great Deku Tree! He's counting on us!" Navi yelled at the very tired Link.
"Okay, okay! Geez!" Link replied, "What's the rush, anyway?"
"Whatever it is it's very important!"
After that, Link fell silent. He was too tired to fight anyway. The pair walked over to the Great Deku Tree's pathway, but before they could enter they had to find a sword and shield. Passing the "almighty Mido", they found themselves by the Great Deku Tree.
"Link, thou has shown thyself upon my time of need. I have been cursed by an evil man. I need thou to enter, and defeat thy monster which lies within me. I believe you have the courage and strength to do so." GDT said.
"Okay. I will defeat this monster and save you." Link replied in hope that he could do it.
"Then enter, brave soul. This shall be a dangerous mission."
–Time Skip–
"Did you kill the Great Deku Tree?! How could you, Link?! I can't even call you a Kokiri anymore! Not that I ever did!" Mido yelled, loud enough so the whole forest could hear.
"Link killed the Great Deku Tree?" One of the Know-It-All brothers whispered.
"What is wrong with you?" Another Kokiri whispered.
Soon, all hell broke loose. Kids were throwing Deku Sticks, rocks, even seeds at Link. He was being pelted from every side. He had to get out of there. He was no longer welcome. He had to do the only thing he could do: Run.
He ran to the forest entrance. He didn't car if he would die, he just need to be anywhere but here. But on his way out, he saw Saria.
"Where are you going?" She asked
"Everyone thinks...I killed...the Great Deku Tree! I was only...trying to...help!" Link said, sobbing between words.
"I know it wasn't you Link. He has been sick for a very long time. I knew you would have to go after he died. You're different. But, if you are going to go, then take this." She said, handing him a beige object, "It's my ocarina. I want us to be friends forever, so ever time you play this, please remember me."
Link took the ocarina in his hands, and stared at it's beauty. It was carved perfectly and had a little bit of green on the mouthpiece.
"Thank you, Saria. Not only for the gift, but being there for me and being a great friend to." Link said, hugging Saria.
"Goodbye Link." She said.
"Goodbye Saria."
A/N Okay so it's a lot longer on word. But as you may have guessed, this is just a filler. Reviews are helpful, constructive criticism is welcome, and NO FLAMES ALLOWED. See you in the next chapter!
