EV: Well. I wrote this short poem down quickly in French class, and I really think its one of my best. I love the tale of Sweeney Todd, and I think I should try something new. Please review!

Taken away

Foolishness was his crime

15 years servitude

Drenched in sweat and grime

Tooketh his revenge

With his silver friend

Cut the throats of men

Dripping the precious rubies

To avenge his dearest Lucy

He and Mrs. Lovett made an awesome team

Betrayal sent him reeling, sent Nellie steaming

Why?

Why the double betrayal?

His pet, proved herself unloyal

His Lucy's breath never died

Mrs Lovett lied

Waltzed to her flaming death

Yes, the death of her breath

With nothing left to live for

His Lucy gone by his hand

Mr Sweeney Todd had one final demand

And to this day, in the basement

This story finally left

Alas, Mr. Todd finally bled from the hands

Of his trusted silver friend.
