What if the electroshock had been real and the screams weren't prerecorded

What if the electroshock had been real and the screams weren't prerecorded. What if Merritt, when Elliot said "No" pressed the shock controller and held it down double the time and watt each time? What if he did it for 2 min on 40 watts & then 3 more times?

Merritt: Push the button!

Elliot: No.

Merritt: Push the button!

Elliot: No.

Merritt: Push the button!

Elliot: No.

Merritt: Why?

Elliot: There's been too much torture already.

Merritt: Then you my friend passed. You are not a sheep. The door isn't wired. The bomb detonator is a garage controller. He then turns on the light. You see Olivia sitting there. Her eyes are beat red, along with her neck, and hands. She looks exhausted, scared, and as if she's about to cry. Elliot jumps up and opens the door. He unties Olivia.

Elliot: Olivia it's all over. It's all over.

Olivia: I'm sorry. He told me he had a bomb in Grand Central, and if I didn't go with him he would detonate it. I'm sorry Elliot. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry I had to put you through that.

Elliot: Don't worry Liv, its okay. Come on, let's get out of here. He then carries her out into the ambulance.
