Do You Remember?

Percy POV

I finally remembered.

Everything from the first time I went to Camp Half-Blood to the last time I kissed Annabeth, the night before I disappeared. I remembered it all.

It felt good to actually know who I was - I wasn't just a name anymore. I was Percy Jackson, son of Poseidon, a camper at Camp Half-Blood. A Greek.

And, I was Annabeth Chase's boyfriend.

Those words kept playing over and over again in my head as I was walking towards the Field of Mars, where the warship would be landing.

"So you know these guys?" Frank asked me, bringing me back to reality.

"Yeah," I told him. "Well, Annabeth at least. I don't know who else is coming."

We walked in a comfortable silence until we reached the Field of Mars, where the warship would be landing.

"The warship is about to land," Reyna informed me, pointing to the warship that was now above us. Frank and Hazel went to stand with the rest of the Fifth Cohort, while I stood with Reyna, ready to greet my old friends. Underneath her usually unreadable face, there was a hint of nervousness.

"Nervous to see Jason again?"

"Yes…" she said after a few seconds. I decided not to push for any more details.

After about another three minutes, the warship landed, and my heart started to beat faster.

A boy with blonde hair and blue eyes came out first. He kind of reminded me of Thalia…

Beside me, Reyna gasped.

"Is that Jason?"

"Yes…that's Jason," she said.

Jason looked around Camp Jupiter, until his eyes met Reyna's. He smiled, which at first started out small, afraid of what might happen if this was the wrong thing to do. But after a second, his smile grew bigger, and he jogged towards us.

"You're Percy, right?" he asked, looking at me.

"Yeah," I said in reply.

"Annabeth has said a lot about you."

"Really?" I couldn't help but smile. "I'll…leave you guys alone…"

I walked a few yards away, to give them some privacy, and continued to watch the people that came out of the warship.

The person who came out next was a girl with choppy brown hair that was in little braids all around her head. And her eyes were…confusing. As soon as I thought I knew what color they were, they would change…like Aphrodite's…

Oh. I mentally face-palmed. Of course, daughter of Aphrodite.

A Hispanic boy with black hair and brown eyes – he was the one from the message, Leo.

And then, she came out.

She scanned the crowd, until her eyes came upon me. We stood there for a few moments, just staring at each other.

"Percy!" she yelled, and she ran towards me. She was about to throw her arms around my neck when she suddenly stopped. Her arms dropped to her sides.

"Wait," she said. "Do you… Do you remember?"

"Yeah…" I told her, and smiled. "I do."

A/N My first one-shot ever. How was it? It was really fun to write. Please review, and tell me what you think of it. Thanks!
