So I've been thinking about how much I enjoy Fire Emblem Blazing Sword and werewolves/supernatural things I wanted to give the idea stuck in my head a shot

Ermora: Of course I will be here as the main character

Well yeah.. you are kinda my self insert into these stories, anyways please don't shoot me for this idea it's just been in my head for awhile and I wanted to get it out. Please no hating either, anyways enjoy the prologue. Oh and one more thing, almost all the characters are alive such as Leila, Elbert, Darin, Uther, etc. cause it's an AU where they all survived the campaign with Nergal. Also I will do my best to make the characters as close to their original context but if doesn't turn out that way, I am sorry

Disclaimer: I don't own Fire Emblem or it's characters I only own Ermora and Catrina

Prologue

I jolted awake as an alarm blared in my ears, with a groan I reached for my alarm clock with my right hand and began to feel around for my night stand, as soon as I felt it I felt around for the alarm clock. I slapped my hand around in a vain attempt to turn off the annoying alarm and finally succeeded in doing so. I sighed and slowly sat up, I took a few moments to fully wake up and from there I stood up and stretched, as I looked about my room I couldn't help but feel a bit saddened as to why I have a small yet comfortable room like this. I quickly pushed my thoughts away before my memories could recall what we all refer to as "The Great Tragedy" now. I got myself dressed quickly and swung my room door open to find my best friend Catrina standing there with her hand held up , ready to knock on my now open door. She had long, light purple hair and brilliant green eyes, which was much cooler in my opinion than my full brown hair and golden brown eyes.

"Morning Catrina, what brings you to my room so early?" I asked in confusion, Catrina gave me a serious look.

"The mayor has called for everyone to meet in the cities main square. There's people from another realm that arrived here yesterday and he wants to make an announcement regarding them" she replies, I felt even more confused. The only time that's happened is when I traveled to a different realm a few years ago, I aided some friends and… acquaintances against a mad man and was only able to return because of a dragon taking me home before returning to his home permanently. I snapped from my thoughts as Catrina grabbed my shoulders and shook me rather hard, I blinked and looked at her.

"Sorry I zoned out… let's get going" I quickly started as I got out of my room and closed the door behind me, I quickly locked it and Catrina grabbed my right wrist in her left hand and dragged me away.

"We have to hurry or else we're going to be late" she crossly said, I sighed as I made sure to keep up with her, we quietly made our way to the cities main square and there was already a large crowd of people gathered, I felt my anxiety begin to spike a little bit. This is one hell of a big crowd, as a Catrina pulled me forward I felt very nervous, did she truly plan to drag me into this large group of people?!

"Hold on, don't drag me into this crowd" I quickly spat but was too late in pulling away as Catrina had pulled me into the crowd of people, she began to push past people and I apologized as she dragged me through the crowd. As we reached the front I felt nervous, excited and confused as to what was in the middle of the crowd, it was the mayor along with some of the people I had helped out I that other realm a few years ago. Why are they here and not at Lycia?

"I want everyone's attention please, these folks have come here from another realm. Their realm was destroyed by the coven that has plagued our fair city for 3 months now, I expect them to be treated with respect as I will be providing them with rooms in our motel. Once they have had a chance to settle in they will be getting jobs just like the rest of us and some may even join out hunting party for the coven and their beasts that haunt us!" the mayor called out in a clear, commanding tone. The crowd around Catrina looked amongst each other before facing the group before us, they looked at them suspiciously and I didn't blame them, the group was in full armor with axes, swords and lance's in hand.

"Mr. Youndel, I mean no disrespect but what about these strangers tendencies? They look dangerous!" a voice shouted out of the crowd, people began to mumble amongst themselves but Mr. Youndel held up a hand.

"I understand your misgivings but I can promise you that these people mean us no harm because we share a common enemy and remember, some of you came to this town seeking refuge after The Great Tragedy and we welcomed you with open arms, now it's time to do the same for these people" Mr. Youndel stated. The crowds rumblings died down and I felt relieved, I'm glad that these people are going to give the newcomers a chance.

"Have you already given them the rundown of the rules and a tour of the city then?" a new voice asked, Mr. Youndel nodded.

"Yes, I have but I would like someone to stay with them for a few days while they get to know the layout of the city a little bit better" he replied, I took a deep breath as I forced myself to calm down. Seeing as I know who these people are already I should probably be the one to do it

"I can do that!" I called out, Catrina looked at me in shock and as the group in the middle of the crowd looked at me, their eyes began to widen, did they recognize me? Mr. Youndel smiled at me and looked extremely pleased as I stepped towards them.

"It's so good to see that you're taking on this task Ermora, especially since you've only been with us for a short while yourself" he said in a pleated tone, I gave my best smile.

"You've done so much for me and I only wish to return the favor and it's no trouble since I don't have a job yet" I admitted nodded.

"I promise I will find you work soon but for now I will leave this task to you, now that everything is settled you may now continue on with your day" he stated to everyone, the crowd quietly dispersed and Mr. Youndel left me with the group I knew. I looked around and recognized every face that was here despite them being a bit older now. I could see Marcus, Lowen, Rebecca, Harken, Isadora, Elbert, Eleanora, Eliwood, Ninian, Hector, Uther, Oswin, Serra, Matthew, Leila, Darin and Erik.

"Is this everyone who survived?" I asked a bit sadly, I really expected to see Lyn here but I'm a little scared now that she didn't make it.

"No, plenty of us made it we just went our own ways… I'm sure Lyn would've come with us if she had known you were here" Eliwood replied, Hector sighed.

"Course you would ask if we were the only survivors instead of maybe saying 'hey, long time no see' some friend you are" Hector said with a light hearted tone.

"Hey I'm surprised to see you guys but I was thinking there would've been more of you, where is Lyn at anyways?" I asked.

"She went with Rath to roam the world with some if the remaining Kutolah tribe members that survived our realms destruction" Ninian replied, I sighed.

"I shouldn't be surprised by that but I do wonder why the coven targeted your realm… if anything we should trade our stories about what happened when you guys have a chance to get to your rooms and drop off your weapons and take your armor off. You wont need any of that here during the day" I mused, Uther looked thoughtful.

"Perhaps we can share our stories over lunch later on" he suggested, Darin snorted and looked unhappy.

"Have lunch with your tactician from long ago to discuss a coven? I'll pass as I don't need to be with some mewling whelp who cant defend herself when we start to hunt the coven down" Darin dryly stated, I glared at him.

"I know you don't like any of his here but I will have you know that I can fight now and that if you want to not hear what I have to say then that's aright but good luck with getting any information out of the villagers as to what is going on" I spat back, Darin glared back at me.

"Fine, where are we meeting?" he finally snapped back.

"I will come grab you guys at around eleven from the motel and then I will take us to a park for a picnic type of lunch" I replied.

"A picnic type lunch? Oh that sounds so exciting. Can I come help you set up?" Serra excitedly asked as her eyes lit up, I felt a bit relieved, I honestly was unsure if she'd speak up and be the Serra I know.

"You need to get yourself settled in as well, besides, I have a bit of help already" I admitted as I turned around to see Catrina still behind me, staring with wide eyes and her jaws agape.

"This is your friend I assume, why don't you introduce us?" Eliwood asked, I felt a bit uneasy, in all of my talk I had forgotten to introduce everyone.

"I'm Catrina, Ermora's best friend" Catrina proudly replied as she quickly regained composure, I felt a bit jealous that she could do that so fast.

"A pleasure to meet you Catrina, I'm Serra" Serra greeted back, I quickly went between the two.

"Perhaps we can save this for a bit later? We should really think about getting ready if we want to trade stories before the end of the day as the curfew is strict here" I stated.

"That sounds like a good idea, we shall see you two later then" Eliwood noted, the party turned and left which left me alone with Catrina.

"Alright, you and I should head to the marketplace and pick up some food, we will then head back to my room and begin to make some food for everyone" I said, Catrina rose an eyebrow.

"While we do that I'd like to know how you know them" Catrina shot back, I swallowed nervously.

"I'll give you the additional details as we get going but the short version is that I was once in their realm and helped them fight off a mad man, a dragon helped me back here after we won and from there the dragon went back to his home. I never really spoke about it because people would've thought I was completely insane, it is nice to see them again though, I'm actually quite excited to be able to see them again and take down the coven with them" I explained. Catrina smiled at me and we began to make our way towards the marketplace, she looked lost in thought as we walked.

"So how much do you actually plan to share in regards to how the coven came to be?" she asked after a few awkward moments of silence.

"I plan to explain everything starting at The Great Tragedy, they should know how the coven came to be and what kind of beasts they have going about, that much they need and deserve to know" I admitted, Catrina looked thoughtful.

"I see… would I be able to help out as well then or did you want this to be between you guys?" she asked, I gave her a confused look.

"I'd like to have you come along with us, I cant just say no to my best friend coming along, besides having you on our side as a librarian gives us a good chance to browse books, I may not have been to the library yet but I'm almost sure there's got to be something on coven's there" I replied, Catrina was silent for a moment.

"I never thought about looking for information on the coven in the library, we should suggest that to our friends later on" Catrina stated after a moment or two had passed, I smiled.

"Yes we shall suggest it, for now though let's get that food and get going on making lunch for everyone" I said, Catrina nodded in agreement and as we walked in silence I felt a rock in my stomach, I really hope that we can all work together as we will need everyone if we plan to hunt for the coven. I dismissed the thought right away, I need to slow down and take this one step at a time so for now I need to make sure that there's enough food and that I'm ready to talk about the coven that came after The Great Tragedy.
