The snow fell gently to the ground. Cho Chang dashed across the fields of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She burst through the oak doors and into the Great Hall. Warth surronded her body. Bits of snow are settled in her raven black hair. She walked acroos the Great Hall and sat down at the Ravenclaw table.

She looked over at the Slytherin table and saw Draco Malfoy sitting there talking amongst his friends. Cho's heart began to pound. 'Why is my heart pounding when I look at Draco Malfoy?' she thought. He looked over at her and scowled. She looked down quickly and blushed. "Hello, Cho." said a voice forom behind her.

She looked up and turned around. It was Harry Potter. "Hello, Harry." said replied, smiling up at him. He smiled back at her. "Do you want to do something today?" he asked her turning red.

"Sure, Harry. I'll meet you at the Three Broomsticks." she said. Harry nodded and walked away. "Why are you hanging out with Potter if you don't like him?" asked her best friend, Amanda Coco, from beside her.

"I like him as a friend. Anyway, he doesn't like me. he likes Ginny Weasly." she replies shortly. "Oh, he likes you. Haven't you heard?" asked Amanda. Cho looked at her in shock.

"You're just making him think you like him back." said Amanda. "I'l have to talk to him at the Three Brooksticks." replied Cho. "Just break it to him gently." said Amanda shortly.

She looked back over at Draco and sighed. 'Why do I feel love for him? Why does love always chose the ones you can never have?' she thought. She sighed and began to spoon food onto her plate.

At the Three Broomsticks

Cho stepped into the Three Broomsticks and looked around. She spotted Harry sitting in a corner drinking a butterbeer and waiting for her. "Hey there, Cho." he said smiling at her.

She smiled back and sat down. "Harry, I've heard people saying that you like me more than a friend. Is this true?" she asked him. "Yes, it is Cho." he replied, blushing. Cho's heart sank.

"Harry, I don't like you like that any more. I'm really sorry. I really am." she said. Harry looked hurt. He looked down at him empty butterbeer bottle. "It's ok. I don't like you as much as I did last year either." he replied.

"You should give Ginny Weasly a chance." said Cho. "I know I should. I will give her a chance. I've got to go and find her, Cho." he said standing up. He dashed out of the Three Broomsticks, as Ginny Weasly walked past it.

"Well, well, well. Chang finally tells Potter her feelings. That one will make it to the Daily Prophet." said a voice from behind her. She turned around to see Draco Malfoy smirking down at her.

"What do you want, Malfoy?" she said, smirking back up at him. "I'd watch your attitude towards me, Chang." he snarled. He turned on his heel and stalked off.
