Kagome's pure-hearted poem
Drift
Notice how people tend to drift
Drift into an imaginary world
A world entirely their own
Where their deepest fantasies
Can take shape
And come to life
Where no one gets hurt by emotions
Like they've been stabbed in the heart
No one cries out in anguish
And no one is alone in the dark
There is no darkness
No death or destruction
Only a peaceful world
Surrounded by light
Where nothing goes wrong
No one has a bad day
No arguments
No war
No hatred
Only peaceful thoughts
Those which are often seen by dreamers
Those pure dreams
Only seen once
Only glimpsed at from afar
A dreamy world
A drifting world
A world lost to the light of day
Yet forever remembered in one's memory
Until the brink of time
When there is nothing left to hold onto
But those fading images
From an invisible world
Called upon by dreamers
Created by drifters
