"Ambassador we are to arrive in the Risan docking port in five point two minutes." Stated the pilot over his shoulder. "That is acceptable." Answered the ambassador. T'Kita and Andromeda gathered their bags and waited for instructions. Andromeda glanced to the window and was taken aback at the sight of Risa. With skies bluer than the oceans of Earth, lush forest surrounded by white sugary sand beaches Risa could likened to Eden of Earth's lore. Andromeda's thoughts were interrupted by the pilot's voice. "We have arrived, Ambassador. Before the ambassador could answer the transport shuttle door opened. Standing at the opening was the most exotic woman T'Kita and Andromeda have ever seen. She stood about five foot tall, but her slender build gave her the illusion of being taller. Half of her red/ black/ blonde hair was pulled up on top of her head in an elegant knot, the rest of allowed to hand loose just below her shoulders. Her cream colored gown hung above her knees in airy folds. A single sash crossed her chested and draped over her right shoulder. The cream of her gown very much so complimented her tawny brown skin. Behind her stood a young lady in a blue variation of the woman's with her simple blonde hair in the same hair style.
"Welcome. I am Pugjtha, Minister of Risa. May I present daughter, Li." Li smiled gently and bowed kindly.
" I am T'Prisa Ambassador of Vulcan." She gestured for T'Kita to come forward. I present T'Kita. This is Solan my aide in training. Andromeda, T'Kita's aide. We come to serve."
"Come you all must be very I tired from you journey. Please, follow me I will escort you to your rooms."
The Ministry of Risa was a magnificent sight to behold. Pure white polished marble that seemed to sparkle as is watched over the ocean short. Here was where the reception was to take place. Here was where parliament and the Minister governed Risa. Just under this masterpiece was a large chamber. It was at one point in time used to store water, but has been abandoned for some time. Now, inside this chamber was a few lanterns circling a large wooded round table. Seated at this table was thirsty dark figures nodding in agreement with their leader as he spoke in standing on the table. The scene was that of a sinister fairy tail.
"Every world has a weakness. It is our purpose to discover those weakness and use them. We have been successful in the past with gaining power using this tactic with business. It is time for advancement. This is not be an over night process, not in the least. It may even taken years before we have enough intelligence to take over The Federation, but we will successful. Tomorrow night one hundred you'd fifty young nobles with gather here. It is tempting to take more than one, but we must restrain ourselves. We cannot risk discovery when we just begin to upgrade The Organization. now, just because we are to be cautious does not mean we cannot be ambitious. We will gain our insight of one of the most powerful world in the Federation. With that the dark figure pulled out a PADD and pressed a button. A holo picture of T'Kita.
"Her name is T'Kita. Both of her parents are on the Vulcan High Command. She is dedicated to the people of Vulcan. One of her many goals is to restore the ancient ruins of Vulcan and preserve as much it's natural history as possible. She wants to strengthen the bonds of the current Federation planet and bring in new ones. How does she want to do this? Sharing of culture and beliefs. Transparency of government. A very domestic lady indeed. The social status and nobility she has made for herself leads us to believe that she has access to the Kir'Shara. It is the most important text of the Vulcan people. Written by Surak himself. With the Kir'Shara we will beablue to gain understanding of how exactly Vulcan society works and how to take it down."
T'Kita came from the bathroom into the room she was sharing with Andromeda. She found her cousin packing a sachtal of paper, pens, and PADDs all the while muttering to herself. A human trait that she has yet to over come.
"Tomorrow is going to be full, Cousin. You should retire now so you will be able to perform optimally." She said Finally. Andromeda looked up at her and then nodded in agreement.
