Turn 02:

Kallen hated sitting on the sidelines waiting for orders to come on through. Ever since the Britannian Military had destroyed one of the Japan Liberation Front's bases in the Chubu region their leadership had been giving out fewer orders. Giving Kallen more time to just sit around and do nothing. She wanted to at least go back to class at Ashford Academy, however, with the amount of heat on their group it currently wasn't a good idea. That was until they received intelligence from their scouts that there was a lab that contained bio-chemical weapons. If they were able to steal those weapons then they could use them as a threat during battles.

"Hey, Kallen! How's the Glasgow looking? Is it ready for combat?" A voice rang out from the entrance to the warehouse where they were keeping their stolen Knightmare Frame.

"Oh hi Ohgi. Yeah, she's all set for battle," Kallen replied.

"Good if things get out of hand we'll need it, that and depending on the size of the bomb we're about to steal we might end up needing the Glasgow to load it onto the truck"

"Can you go over the plan one more time for me? I want to get this right, we won't get another chance at this target"

"Sure," Ohgi said with a smile.

The plan was a simple distraction and grab. They would plant a bomb at the Victoria Building and set it off, the military would swarm the area leaving the secret facility relatively unguarded. From there they raid the facility and load whatever they find into the semi that they commandeered. Then the truck loses any chasing forces in the Shinjuku Ghetto. "Sounds like a solid plan. When do we move out?" Kallen asked

"In about an hour," Ohgi paused, "Make sure to stay alive. We need your skills," he paused again, "Anyway, you'll be in the semi with Nagita. Let's get moving!"

"Right away!" Kallen replied enthusiastically.

While the other team was setting up the bomb, Kallen and Nagita were heading towards the secret lab in the Tokyo Settlement. Kallen looked over to her left admiring the view, only to realize that the Victoria Building was apart of that view. The goal was just a distraction, but if the bomb was placed in the wrong location they might take out the whole building. Just then Ohgi's voice came on the radio, "Bomb's planted we have five minutes until detonation. What's your ETA to the site?"

"Ten minutes," Nagita responded. As time passed all Kallen could think of was how they were going to escape from the military once they had realized that they had been robbed. Sure they could lose them in the underground tunnels, but from there what were they going to do? If they were followed closely enough then their base would be discovered and the entire unit would be wiped out in an instant. If it came down to it she would have to become another distraction Kallen decided. Nothing was more important than the success of the Front. "We're here," Nagita's words took Kallen out of her thoughts.

The building was a nondescript factory, in fact, it seemed to be falling apart by the looks of it. A perfect place to hide a secret lab for chemical weapons. There was a large shutter door that Nagita had backed the truck up to. It was their one way in. The back door to the truck opened up so Kallen and her Glasgow could force the shutter door open.

"Mission is a go," Kallen said into the radio before climbing into the Knightmare Frame. Once all the systems were booted up Kallen ripped into the shutter door tearing it to pieces. Inside was a sleek looking hallway leading to their objective. Kallen started to move down the hallway. There were no doors on either side so her only option was straight ahead. At the end of the hallway, there was a bright light, so bright that Kallen couldn't see what was in the illuminated room. Once she had entered the room there was a bunch of computers lining the walls and a sphere with eight spikes sticking out of it was in the center of the room. The scientists that were working on the project were all cowering in the back corner of the room pistols drawn.

"Stay back!" The lead scientist called out. Kallen just ignored him and grabbed the sphere. Bang! A shot rang out as the lead scientist fired his pistol at the huge knightmare frame. Bang! Bang! Bang! The shots just ricocheted off the armored body of the Glasgow. Kallen sped back down the hallway ignoring the yelling of the scientists. Just then red lights lined the hallway and a loud siren rang out.

"Shit not good," Kallen cursed under her breath.

"Get back to the truck! The military is sure to be on us any minute!" Nagita called out over the radio.

"I'm on it!" Kallen yelled back.

The truck was back in sight, so Kallen slowed down so as to avoid slamming into the semi. Once the bomb was loaded up into the truck and the Glasgow was put in standby mode they were off at top speed heading in a roundabout way to the Shinjuku Ghetto. Then the announcement from Prince Clovis came on the radio screen. "To all my imperial subjects, including the many Elevens who choose to serve the Empire of Britannia..."

"We're not Elevens! We're Japanese!" Kallen cried out to no one in particular.

The announcement ended and they seemed to have gotten away without being chased, that is until a loud booming voice called out from the sky. "This is the Britannian Military, slow down to a stop or we will be forced to shoot!" Three VTOL Gunships were closing in from a distance, guns at the ready. "We said stop!" Four gunshots aimed at the ground behind the semi rang out. Kallen Decided this was the time to use the Glasgow as a distraction. Booting up all the systems the Glasgow was ready for combat.

Firing a slash harken from the back of the trailer Kallen took out one of the gunships. The wire attached to the slash harken drew the blunt object back to the Glasgow. "You know what this badass mother can do!" Kallen taunted the soldiers. The remaining two gunships started following Kallen, leaving the semi to be hunted down by other forces.

Meanwhile, Nagita was so focused on his objective that be barely noticed the motorcycle in front of him. "Damn it get out of the way!" Nagita yelled at the two boys in front of him when he finally noticed. He then decided to swerve off the main road and down a side road that leads to an abandoned construction site. Unfortunately, Nagita was going too fast to stop before slamming into the building. After a few moments of being dazed, he recovered and using his knowledge of the of the old tunnels beneath the Shinjuku Ghetto, he escaped from the onlookers of the crash. Nagita was injured and was having a hard time seeing straight. So he couldn't see the ditch that he was driving towards. The front tires got stuck in the ditch and the truck couldn't move. After a few moments of silence, there was a gunshot, Nagita choose to do the one last thing he could before dying from his injuries, blow up the truck and kill the military personnel surrounding him.

"Long… live… Japan," Nagita could barely get the words out before flipping the switch causing the semi to explode destroying everything around it.

A/N This chapter is slightly longer than the last, hopefully, I did it well. Please leave reviews so I can improve my writing. I hope you enjoyed Kallen's POV. I'll be switching between Kallen and Lelouch every so often, it won't be every other chapter just when I feel like the story needs it.
