A NEW BEGINNING.

"Remember, a new beginning, no plans, no maps, no bagging and no tagging" warned Claire Bennet. Her turquoise eyes shining in the drifted sunlight. She had sat Noah and Lauren on the couch and was lecturing them. "Its all over, all gone, Sylar, the company, abilities," she flailed a hand "explosions that destroy entire cities, ALL GONE!" Her eyes widened glaringly "OK?!?" "Yes dear." Lauren said. "It's all gone. And your father knows that too, all of it."

"Are you two going out somewhere?" Claire asked grimly. "No, no we're not, I mean, I am not." Noah said. "Then why are you dressed like that, in suits, the both of you?" Claire pressed. "That's cause we don't have anything else." Lauren answered matter of factly.

"Hello" a sharp voice rang from outside the house, as the bell rang.

Claire opens the door. Bree Hodge stood outside with a pleasant smile and flawless skin, with of course, a home-baked casserole. "Welcome," she said handing Claire the casserole "to the neighborhood." Both Noah and Lauren had joined Claire to see who it was. "I'm Bree Hodge, and I just thought I should bring you a little something to welcome you. I live across the street." "Hello I'm Noah, Bennet and this is my daughter Claire." Noah smiled to Bree shaking hands, "and Lauren."

"So your mom must be quite young too when she had you, right?" Susan Mayer asked Claire as they sat sipping tea. "Uh my mom?" Claire queried. "Yes I saw her, she was talking with Lee." "Oh! That's NOT my mom." Claire explained. "My… uuuhhh, mom… ummm" Claire pursed her lips, "umm, she separated from my dad and left. Took my younger brother with her, and our dog." Claire mused about the dog, "Mr. Muggles, he was a good dog, Mr Muggles." She finished her tea, "Gosh, I haven't seen her in ages" she declared with a tinge of sadness.
