Wonders of Reunion
Takeshi's POV
Disclaimer: I don't own the original KHR characters. Just this story's plot and my OC Chouko.
Summary: It started with envy, followed with a smile. Just one small honest smile he never seen before to steal his attention, his curiosity and eventually his heart. When he realized this though, she was gone until a second chance came to his mailbox. Takeshi x OC
Your smile brightened my world, stole my breath and taught me about love.
It was tiring, smiling. He was so used to it though, flashing a goofy smile that led his friends to dismiss him as being an airhead but actually, it was an act. Ever since he was young, Takeshi had never seen his father without a smile for a long period of time and he asked him 'why?'. From then on, he learnt the strongest weapon in the world, a smile. No one could ever deny a smile and bully you if you smile at them. With this in mind, he began to smile and stopping was not an option.
That being said, he couldn't help but felt so tired of it. Keeping up a smile wherever he go, whatever he felt need to be casted aside to maintain the smile, put up a show for the world every single moment in his life. It would be wrong if he didn't smile after all and worrying his friends was not an option as well. So, despite being so sick of it, he needed to continue smiling. He thought that applied to everyone aside for people like Gokudera who simply didn't care about other people's opinion, until he met her.
It was after his baseball practice that he saw her. She was sleeping under the shades, a novel on her lap and her bag beside her. Her long straight brown hair was messy due to her sleep and the occasional breeze but what caught his curiosity was that she looked so peaceful. He had never seen such serene expression on other people before that it intrigued him for some reason. Not even realizing what he did, his hand moved on his own and when he went back to reality, he already took picture of her.
Flustered for the lack of control he had, he hastily left her be and practically ran back home. He was barely out of breath when he arrived in his room, alone with his phone. Confused by his own acton, he found himself staring the picture on his phone. Deleting it would be the most effective way to erase any proof of what he did and simply forget about it but instead, he saved it on his phone, using it as his wallpaper and he had no clue why he did that. What he remembered from that evening was the warmth spreading on his face and his erratic heartbeat along with the fleeting curiosity about the slumbering girl.
The very next day, he found his eyes searching for the very spot the girl slept on yesterday. To his confusing delight, she was there again with her novel. What puzzled him was that she was alone, she didn't smile or try t socialize and it was as if she didn't even care to. How could one live as a loner? It didn't seem plausible for him. No one is alone after all. She must have had a few friends at the very least.
… That was what he thought until two weeks later when he began to doubt his belief. Every single day, he would find her at the very spot without a single company throughout the two weeks. Two weeks he observed her from afar and never once did he see her smile. As lonely as it seemed, it sparked an odd feeling of envy in him. He always smiled to avoid conflict, problem or anything alike but she didn't even have to smile once and everything went like how she wanted it to be, creating a world of her own away from others.
He was just so tired of smiling after all. Every single night he would massage his jaw in pain after smiling the whole day even when he didn't feel liked flashing a smile. If he were to converse with her, does he need to smile as well? Now he was curious. Just once, he wanted to have a company that doesn't expect him to always smile. Could she be that company? He wondered.
The opportunity came when he found her standing on her tiptoe, reaching up to the tree she always sat under. Before he thought about it twice, his body already moved to approach her. Finding out the reason for the abnormality in her routine, he stretched out his arms and brought the stuck cat down with little to no problem. Perhaps it was because he was so used to smile to others, but he found himself flashing a smile to her when he offered her the cat. To his surprise though, this smile came more naturally rather than making him felt tired.
"Here you go," he smiled, watching her eyes stared at him in question and in amazement. It was the first time he ever seen her eyes. Surprisingly enough her eyes were a dark shade of amethyst, deep and it felt as if she could see through your soul. He had to admit she was surprisingly very cute as a ninth grader. Usually girls his age would have grown out of their baby face but it seemed she had yet to out grown it.
"Thank you," her voice too still had that touch of childish cutesy while sounding soothing and gentle at the same time. Her eyes soften as the cat practically leaped to her arms, a small smile blooming on her otherwise expressionless face and his heart skipped a beat. It has been so long since he seen a smile that genuine. People faked a smile all the time whether they realized it or not, even him, but her smile was not marred by any faked emotion. It simply showed him her relief in having the cat back safe and sound.
With a sudden foreign feeling of awkwardness and helplessness filling his usually controlled emotion, Takeshi hastily bid her goodbye and a promise of seeing her around the school. Her smile widens at his promise as she nodded, her hair fluttering with the wind as she did so. Still so confused by the peculiar reaction his heart gave, Takeshi waved her goodbye and ran away.
Ever since then, his eyes followed her lonely figure with a new reason that he had yet to name then. Sometimes, he would hide behind nearby tree, away from her sight but near enough to hear her soft humming and occasional singing. Months passed by in a blink of an eye and her voice changed, it sounded more alluring than ever and Takeshi still had no courage to approach her the second time.
Honestly, the first person he had no idea how to connect with just had to be someone he want to stay with. It took a while but watching her alone from afar for months has sparked a yearning to stay by her side. He still had yet to know why but he wanted to be with her anyway. Even so, he didn't want to be a fake with her. He was so used to fake a smile whenever he tried to befriend someone new that he didn't know how to be truly honest anymore.
So he remained hidden from her sight even during graduation day. Standing with Tsuna and Gokudera, he watched her walked away with a crumbling resolution. He had steeled his courage and promised himself to speak to her during this special day but his determination blown away the moment he saw her. What was it about her? There was something about her that he couldn't ignore. The world would have laughed if they knew. The friendliest male in the school was unable to talk to a typical normal quiet girl named Chouko.
After the first week of high school, a sense of despair and regret gnaw at his very being. He thought that everyone would go to the same high school. Everyone. Her included. It was too late when he realized that he thought wrong. She was gone.
The first day of school, his eyes frantically searched through the crowd of new students for her fluttering brown hair. The second day of school, he looked around the first year's classes for her. The third day of school, he visited the tree she stayed with during middle school. The fourth day of school, he began asking around only to find that no one even knew her exist. The fifth day of school, he then knew that she was never there to begin with.
As a last resort, he asked her homeroom teacher in Namimori middle school about her where about. It was then that he learnt about her location. Miles away from where he was. Ironically, that was also the moment that he realized that she was his first love and it ended before it even began. That one smile she showed him still haunt him and the overwhelming regret of not creating the chance to see it for the second time was so painful that it was so hard to even breathe.
That was the day his heart broke for the first time.
It was roughly four years later that he saw her again. He just came back from a mission from Reborn, needing to continue his college days once again after he was done with the mission. Walking through the busy streets of Tokyo, her voice rang sweetly and clear. Dumbstruck, Takeshi stared at the large screen. For the second time, he saw her smile again.
Months after he learnt of her moving away, he thought he had moved on. He really did. But when he saw her on that big screen, singing her heart out and smiling that genuine smile of hers, he realized that his heart never did moved on. It just died and came back alive when she appeared in his life again, albeit not in person.
A brand new bout of doubts and yearning hit him full blown after the fact that she till held a place in his heart was registered in his mind. The very day he heard her, he bought all of her albums, immersing his mind from reality with her voice, drowning in wistful thinking of having her by his side. If he wanted to, he could meet her within a week with the information network the Vongola have but he didn't want her to get caught up with the mafia. Oh, the dilemma.
In the end, he settled himself to coming to her every concert, buying all her albums and his dreams. More often than not, it made him not want to wake up, to realize that everything was a mere fantasy but he had no choice. At times, he would entertain the thought of sweeping her off her feet but it only leave a bittersweet longing in his heart.
"Takeshi, when do you plan on settling down?" his father's question caught him off guard. His father and him always talked about any random stuff but this never really came up until that day. As much as he wanted to assure his father that it will happen soon, he didn't want to lie. He lied enough since the whole mafia thing turned serious and he promised himself that he will never lied to his father.
"Not anytime soon, even though there is a girl I like. I doubt it will ever work," he could practically hear the gear in his Dad's head moving at his words. This was officially the first time he ever tell anyone about his feeling to Chouko though, so he have no idea what reaction to expect. After all, he tried not to feed the wistful thoughts of claiming her for the past three years since hearing her sang.
"Have you ever try to make it work?" the seriousness in his dad's voice surprised him at first before he processed the question asked. Honestly, he tried to come up with a way to be with her despite all the complication in his live that will highly likely danger her life. He wanted to have her without endangering her but he didn't want to end up like Tsuna's dad that practically abandoned Tsuna and Nana halfway through.
"It's too dangerous dad. You know I'm in the ma-."
"Have you? Answer the question."
"No. I haven't," he conceded, getting a sigh from his dad. What was he suppose to do? As airheaded and stubborn as he might be known as, he knew when to stop and apparently, loving Chouko needed to be stopped before it even went anywhere. It was the right thing to do, right? This was the matter of life and death after all.
"Do you know how our mom and I got together?" his dad didn't even wait for his answer as he continued, "Your mom slapped me when I turned down the marriage proposal her dad offered mine." Now that surprised him. As little memory as he own about his mom, he remembered their love as clearly as he knew his name. It was simply unbelievable for her dad to be the one to reject her.
"Your mom was beautiful and charming but she was fragile at the same time. With me in the assassination line of career, she wouldn't make it as much as I fell in love with her at first sight," his dad chuckled, "Well, she was furious and slapped me before slamming me down to the ground in anger. Turned out, she was a well-trained martial artist. Trust your grandpa to match make me with a vivacious woman."
"My point is, don't judge the book by its cover. Give her a chance. Get to know her before you make your own decision. You might made the worst decision if not," his father's words fueled the yearning he felt towards her. It would be so easy to reach out to her and try, but does he dare to make the first move? The dilemma was overwhelming. Not knowing how to react or continue the conversation, he bid his dad good night.
That was his last conversation with his dad before he got assassinated.
It has been three months since Byakuran was defeated and a sense of normalcy had just begun to settle in among the group. Before he knew it, it has been two years since he lost his dad and now he finally could visit his father's grave. The sky was clear as he stopped in front of his father's tomb and silence enveloped him.
Too caught up in the panic from dealing with Byakuran, he never did dwell much on the lost of his dad. Now as he stood in front of his dad's grave, a sense of hollowness filled him like never before. He wanted to cry, he wanted to have his dad back, he want a place to talk to like before. Yet, he didn't know what to do, what to say, after finally standing in front of his dad's grave.
Never before did he felt so lost. His dad was the only thing he have as real family all his life, especially with the absent of his mom before he even know how to talk, and it finally sink then that he no longer have anybody. Was he going to be alone from now on? No. What was he thinking? He still has Tsuna, Gokudera and the rest of the group. He was being silly. What was he doing?
"Hey Dad," he finally started, "I'm sorry that I never come to visit you. We had just ended the war with Millifiore a few months back, although it was more like our younger selves cleaning up the mess. I doubt you'd even know what that means though." His usual chuckle followed. When nothing filled the silence after he talk, the lump in his throat tighten as his sight were blurred with tears.
"I'm so sorry. Man, I'm so pathetic now that you'd probably knock me on my head if you are here," he chocked when he registered what he said. The pain of losing his father came viciously then and there, turning his knees to jelly and he fell. It was truly pathetic. He was a grown man and here he was sobbing like a wreck.
"Dad," he sobbed, "You are gone. I know. I must accept that. It was because of me after all. I know I'm being an idiot, selfish. But I can't accept it! Why are you gone? Why must it be you?!" the tears were overflowing and he could only try to cover his face in shame at his own behavior. It was inexcusable to act like a fool but he couldn't help it anymore. Was it wrong to want his dad back? He only had his dad all his life and even that was taken from him. As much as he wanted to act like a grown up, he will always be his dad's boy and now the boy was lost without his dad. He didn't know what to do anymore.
"Nee… Boku wa koko da yo. (I'm always here for you.)"
Like a bell, her voice shook him out of his pain, giving him a temporary haven. His tear stricken eyes darted towards the source of the voice with desperation. It was only his phone, his ringtone. It was merely the last chorus of the song she sang but it strikes his heart to the core as her voice tremble with overwhelming feeling in mere few words.
"Donna ni chiisana sonzai demo. (However small my being is to you,)
Kimi ga okashita ayamachi ni (and through all of my faults you've made, all the wrongs that you do,)
sashikorosarete shimatte mo (I wouldn't mind if they bring me to my end.)
Koko ni iru kara ne. (Forever I'll be here for you.)"
Her voice was like his guide, clearing out his pain and longing along with his loneliness. He never knew how a song could have such an effect on people, on him. But an odd sense of peace filled him despite the tears that still tricked down his cheek as he drown himself in her soft velvety voice. Then he remembered the last wish his dad asked of him.
"Give her a chance. Get to know her before you make your own decision."
As if the fog was lifted, he found another purpose in life. He still has her after all, even though she was still so far away and out of his reach. She still exists along with his friend. He was not alone. A chuckle escaped from him when he imagined how the gang would react if they saw him.
His phone rang again and it was only then that he realized that the song was on because someone was calling him. Throwing his dad's grave another look, he smiled.
"I guess I'll be fine after all dad and… I'll see you again later."
Of course, Takeshi didn't immediately order his men to find Chouko's address and knock on her door. Not only would he look like a stalker and a creep, he doubt she would even acknowledge him. He wouldn't if he was in her shoe so he didn't. Instead, he decided to finish his piling paperwork that has accumulated for the past months he was gone.
Nearly another year flew by before a chance came to his mail. No, it wasn't her trying to contact him and no, it was not a report from his men about her. Rather, it was a reunion invitation for Namimori graduates of his year. Never one to dwell to much on it, he was so ready to let it join the other junk mail in the thrash bin only to somewhat thought of the possibility of Chouko attending the reunion. That ceased all of his movement.
Looking down on the invitation that looked more like a wedding invitation than not, he began contemplating on the chance of crossing path with her again. Honestly, he doubt she would even get an invitation with how isolated she was from the rest of the students but he no longer have the heart to throw the stupid letter away. With a foreboding sigh, he tucked the letter aside as the ignited spark filled his mind. Despite how much he is telling himself that it will only give him false hope of meeting her again, he couldn't seem to dispose the hope.
"Are you finally pursing her?" Tsuna's voice shocked him and it has been a while since someone could ever surprise him to begin with. Like a deer in spotlight, Takeshi turned to Tsuna with a sheepish smile. Obviously he was so lost in his thought to not even hear the door open. Tsuna's amused smile and knowing look only made him smile wider.
"You knew?" it wasn't meant to come out like a question but Takeshi was caught too much off guard to even correct or register his tone. Even when he wanted to act nonchalant, Tsuna would know what has plague his mind anyway. It has something to do with his hyper intuition so Takeshi didn't bother to even rebut it.
"From the very start. Why do you think you were always left alone during lunch break sometimes? I was trying to give you some time to be with her," Tsuna chuckled while Takeshi's face turned a few shades darker. He can't believe that Tsuna knew from the very beginning.
"Tsuna, don't rub it in my face. It's embarrassing," nearly as embarrassing as how whiney he sounded there but he was not going to say it. He is red enough as of then.
"Like I don't know how silly first love turn a guy to," the way Tsuna rolled his eyes and sigh made Takeshi laugh. Indeed, nothing beats confessing for the first time in love pattern boxer in front of the school gates. Tsuna truly topped the hotcakes and they both knew it.
"So, you are going to see her?" Takeshi didn't know if Tsuna purposely changed the topic to avoid further humiliation or what but not Takeshi is the one in the awkward position. If Tsuna asked him that a couple of months ago, he would probably say he didn't know but who was he to fool Tsuna when he couldn't even lie to himself anymore about his feelings?
"Yeah, I am," there was no trace of hesitation in his voice, mere determination and conviction that made Tsuna smile in approval before sipping his coffee that Takeshi have no clue from where. Tsuna did pick up some cool trick from the baby as the years gone by.
"I have to say finally!" Tsuna sounded exasperated at the last word, "I was wondering what are you waiting for after all these years. At first I thought it was because of the war with Millifiore but even after that was done, you are still not doing anything even though I know your heart is still on her."
"Haha! Sorry to make you worry Tsuna," he looked straight at Tsuna's eyes before he smiled again, "I think I will be alright now." Convinced with Takeshi's will, Tsuna nodded and walked to the door, ready to leave but he paused at the last minute.
"If you are worried that she won't come, then don't. She will come. You just make sure she receive an invitation," Tsuna wink before closing the door, his amused chuckled still heard. Knowing that it was one of Tsuna's intuitions at work, Takeshi followed the instruction with a lighter heart. Glad to know that someone actually notice his inner turmoil all these time.
Three days since he got the invitation, he stood in front of her apartment with identical invitation that has her name instead that he forged. As he expected, it didn't take long to find her address -18 hours- and for him to deliver it personally to erase any doubt that she didn't get it. But he is now facing a slight problem.
The problem being the urge to knock the door and see her up close after ten years, further more, his body seemed to have a mind of his own. All colors in his face were drained when he realized what he had just done as he froze.
He had just knocked her door.
"I'm coming!" …and she is actually answering the door. He was on the verge of hyperventilating while he tried to move, run away, before the door was opened but to no avail, he was stuck on the spot. The only good thing out of all his stupidity was the disguise he wore. Despite silently hoping she would remember him, he didn't want to be seen as a stalker.
Before he could take another deep breath, the door was already opened. There she stood in a casual T-shirt and shorts that flaunt her long irresistible leg and plump bosom. Her long brown hair is dripping wet as she tried to dry it up with a towel. Trying to contain his awe, he averted his eyes to meet her amethyst ones. Personally, that was a bad move on his part. While it distract him from her flawless figure, it reminded him of her expressionless face that first attracts his attention.
"Oh, good evening. May I help you?" her voice was much gentler in reality than through her songs or concerts. Her full lips were drawn in a line while she eyed him curiously. Takeshi thought that she would smile like any other normal people that faked a polite smile but her lips remain tense.
"Um, I'm delivering a letter for you," Duh! But normally they don't knock after dropping the letter! Think of something! "And I heard from the security guard that you are the famous singer! Can I have your autograph?" Lying was never his forte after all. That was the only thing he could come up with. He can only hope that she bought his excuse, if not, he is doomed.
"Oh, sure. Do you have any paper for me to sign?" it took all he had not to shout his relief that she bought his excuse. For her question, he shook his head for a no, which to his delight led him to sit in her living room while she went to search for a paper. Her apartment was big for a woman but it was modest regardless. It was not filled with expensive furniture and the likes, keeping the room simple and welcoming.
"Here you go. Please do continue to support me," she handed me a paper with her signature before bowing slightly. While he was heading out, he was contemplating on asking if she would consider coming to the reunion despite Tsuna's assurance that she will come. Not wanting to drown in curiosity for a week, he gathered up his courage and asked her.
"The letter I delivered to you was a reunion invitation it seemed. Are you attending it?" he tried to sound casual. He would say he succeed although he hope she won't see it as privacy invasion. Usually, deliveryman wouldn't even dare knocking and here he was asking her questions.
"Reunion?" she sounded thoroughly surprised at the question and the intention of the letter. Oh well, she was a wallflower during her school days so she wouldn't expect anyone would remember her. Her eyes strayed to the letter he delivered in curiosity before she opened it.
"Namimori year 20xx graduates reunion…" Takeshi was still waiting for an answer when she was reading the details and he stayed until she looked back up to him. To his horror, her lips were pursed in a frown as if ready to decline the invitation.
"Do you think…" she hesitated, "I should go?" honestly, he didn't know who was more surprised at the question, she or him because he was not prepared to answer it as she continued her words. "Sorry. I guess I shouldn't ask you, a stranger, for this kind of thing."
"I think you should come just for the sake of looking at your old classmates and see how they fare. You may need a break from your singer life anyway, right?" desperation was filling his voice as he said this. He really need her to come for this reunion because he promised himself that if she come, he will do everything he can to be with her.
"That's true. There were some interesting people in my year after all. I'll think about it," for a second there, his heart skipped a beat as her lips curved up slightly forming a smile so similar to her smile ten years ago. The urge to hug her and not let her go again was so painful that he hastily bid her a good day and ran away.
Whatever fear he had of her changing dissipated within a blink of an eye as excitement replaced his apprehension. In a week, he'll meet her again and he couldn't wait. A grin broke to his face, followed closely by a giddy chuckle. It was a wonder how she turned him back to a silly schoolboy in love with a mere smile.
That one week prove to be the slowest and most painful week ever as the wait nearly killed him. Fortunately, it was the day already. He stood on Tsuna's left side loyally, his reserved position. Gingerly, he fingered the special box in his pocket. At first he was hesitant of thought of proposing so early to their reunion but Tsuna and Gokudera was beyond encouraging him to do it, borderline ordering him to do it, as Tsuna was the one that suggest the idea.
"Calm down Takeshi," Tsuna soothe him, an amused smile plastered on his face ever since he saw Takeshi that morning. With his nerves skyrocketing, Takeshi only manage to offer Tsuna a shaky smile in return before drawing a deep breathe in hope of calming down his erratic heartbeat.
"We're here Juudaime," Gokudera announced with a smirk as he watched Takeshi acting out of character for the first time ever. Takeshi rolled his eyes at Gokudera's obvious amusement, stepping out before Tsuna out of habit. Staring at the restaurant, he was quite surprised that the reunion committee was able to afford it but that barely matter as there was only one thought plaguing his mind. Is she here?
One of their rain and storm subordinates already laid out a red carpet, Reborn's order. The exact word from Reborn was "If you want to show your idiotic ex-classmates what you've become, you better do it in style or I'll kill you." Thus, they arrived in one of their limousine, through the red carpet while wearing one of the most expensive suits in the world.
"Find her Takeshi," was all that Tsuna uttered before they stepped into the hall used for their reunion. Anxious and desperate, his eyes search through the crowd that stood gapping at them. Hoping with all his might that he could find her despite the crowd and her low presence, he continued searching while Tsuna happily hug his wife, Kyoko.
It took a minute, but he found her regardless. She stood at the edge of the crowd, leaning against the wall like an ethereal being in a red dress that hugged her divine figure in all the right places. He knew he was staring like some dumbstruck fool but he hardly care as he took in her appearance. She was the epitome of perfection.
A second later, her eyes turned to meet his and he really thought the time stopped as he stared into her eyes. Her amethyst eyes were filled with surprise and confusion, as expected. She must not think that anyone would remember her and he wonder how would she react to his proposing?
Before long, the crowd took notice of our silent gazing. With that the spell was broken and she blushed under his gaze, beautiful. Flustered, she immediately began to look for an escape but wouldn't have that. Swiftly, he walked through the crowd and caught his hand as she tried to run away. Surprised, her eyes met his once again.
"You are here," he could no longer hold his grin as he said that. He was truly in disbelief upon her presence. Although he did know that she would most likely come, the chance that she changed her mind was there. To think she was really there, he was beyond ecstatic.
"You remember me?" her eyes were wide open in shock at that revelation. If only she knew, he didn't only remember, he was practically haunted by her smile that stole his heart. Even so, he didn't want to scare her too much considering what he was going to do.
"Yes," he confirmed, "I helped you that day with the cat and then you smiled. Ever since that day I would find my eyes looking at you whenever you walk past by or during lunch. I couldn't forget you." That elicited a smile wider than he ever seen on her face as her eyes sparkled in delight. The joy and pride in being the reason for her smile was overwhelming.
That very moment, he knew that she was the one he want and need. He was still beyond confounded of her effect to him, how a simply smile could turn his mind to muddle and his heart erratic, how her eyes seemed to suck his very being, but he didn't want it any other way. These emotions were overwhelming him in happiness like no other and that was the only sign he needed to know that she was all he ever want.
Their bubble was popped by the chaos ensued by the crowd around them that finally realize who he was talking to. Instantly, her face turned a few shades darker and she tried to get away. Unfortunately for her, his mind was set there and then that he will go through with his plan after all. With that in mind, he tightened his grip to stop her while minding not to bruise her.
"I need to ask you something important," it took all he had not to rush, sweep her off her feet and claimed her as his. Her eyes were the only things keeping him grounded. She was scared, panicked and confused. Seeing this, he didn't want to push her off the ledge with fear so he tried to calm his nerve before he kneeled down and pulled out the box. The shock and disbelief was sketched all over her face but he didn't let that discourage him.
"I know this is sudden but I have been in love with you ever since I first saw your smile. I swore to myself that if I get to see you again in the future, I won't let you slip by my fingers again. Will you marry me?"
Then he opened the box. She gapped at him while alternating her gaze between the ring and his face, pinching herself in shock only to realize that it was real and happening. To his surprise, she fainted and fell right to his arms. He tried to shake her lightly to check if she was conscious or not. She was out.
"Bring her to your home Takeshi. The night prove to be too much for her," Tsuna advised him, chuckling at his dumbstruck face. He wondered if that was alright for her or not but Tsuna's affirmative nod at the unspoken question was all he need to pick her up bridal style and walk out from the restaurant.
After he was safely inside their limousine, he stole a look at her sleeping face. She looked at peace as she lost herself in her dream. Takeshi smiled at her cute sleeping face before a sigh escaped through his lips. Although his action was outrageous, he hoped she would give him a chance because…
… He didn't think he could survive without her again.
Author's Note:
So, I decided to stop here for Yamamoto's POV. I kind of lose the motivation to continue? I'm sorry! I hope this is not too disappointing! If there is anything you want to ask or comment, please review! I'll try to reply as soon as possible though I've never done it before… ughh… I'm getting nervous.
I hope this is not too cheesy (although it's totally too late for me to say this. I feel embarrassed reading Chou's POV /) especially the scene about Yamamoto at the grave. I figure it kind of appropriate… I would bawl like that if I were in his position…
Another story may come out soon for Kyoya X OC from Ouran and Makoto X OC from Free! It should be done within the month. (if I don't procrastinate... -v-") I hope you'll give my other stories a chance!
Anyway! I hope you all enjoy Yamamoto's point of view! Don't mind any grammatical errors… I hope it doesn't confuse you but my grammar is really limited…
Please review and favorite this story! :D
