'I'll never forget the night we left New York. The Kraang defeated us. Leo was badly hurt. Master Splinter is gone. We lost. We when up north to my old farm house. Were we can finally be safe. The first thing we did was take care of poor Leonardo.Raph keeps a constant vigil over Leo. Waiting form him too wake up. Mikey goofs off, but does some chores around the house. More of goofing of. Donnie and Casey spent most days in the barn, Donnie works on an elixer too heal Leo, as Casey works on a car. Sammy seems too work on some new blades for Leo, after his blades were destroyed. Allie loves too explore the forest. She also spends lots of time fixing armor. Then there's me, April O'Neil. I spend my time training with the turtles. I miss my home and family. Hopefully Leo will heal and we can go home. But life, as Master Splinter says, must go on.'It was a training session. I was against Mikey. Raph and Sammy. Donnie, Allie, and Casey were watching. Raph started too charge at Sammy. "Sorry, Sammy!"
Sammy turned his axe to the handle and pressed it against Raph's chest. "Who's sorry now?" he asked as Raph fell face first.
I looked to see Donnie and Casey. They were fighting, of coarse. Allie just watched and giggled. She was stiching a blue cloth. We all knew what she was sewwing. "Okay, okay, stop fighting," she was ignored, "I said, stop fighting!" again, she was ignored, "I SAID, STOP FIGHTING!!" Now she wasn't ignored. "You're acting like caged animals!"
"Sorry, black. We need-" Casey tried too start, but Donnie cut him off.
"-too cut off steam." Allie, being the sassy angel she is, rolled her eyes.
"Master Splinter said, we must accept the hands that the universe has delt us," Mikey said, pretending too be Master Splinter.
"Master Splinter is gone, Mikey, and Leo may never wake up." Raph started to walk of, "The universe delt us a terrible hand!" I had a sad face. None of us really knew his and Leo's relation.
Someone finally spoke up, "Spending Christmas without Leo, must be how spending Christmas with out Alison and your mother, right?" Who is Alison and who's mother... Oh, wait... Allie and Sammy gave two sad nods.
"Christmas is in two days. Sad," Allie placed her hands on her eyes, "For once I thought me and Sammy could, finally, find a family. Guess it was hopeless..."
In the house (Two hours later)*
Raph's p.o.v
Leo's body was slow moving. I wish the invasion never happend! Well, not quite. If the invasion never happend, we eould have never met Allie and Sammy. One moan. If the universe truly wanted us too lose, why did they let Leo breath? Another moan. The mask that Allie had sewn together again, was soft. Leo's mask was ripped apart. Allie said that it would take weeks to get the origanal cloth. Once she finally got it, it took days for her to fix a haft of the mask. Luckly, she fixed the mask. A groan and a whimper brought me out of my thoughts. They weren't normal whimpers too pain, but rather this whimper was reacting too the light! Wait... You can't see light if you're not awake! "Leo?" I asked quitely. He wanted too speak, but I didn't think he could. "Can you speak?" He shook his head 'no'. "Guys! Guys! Get up here!" Footsteps climed the stairs.
"Leo?" Donnie asked as Mikey, April, Casey, and him entered, Allie and Sammy staying out the room. He waved, his face trying too hide the pain rushing through him. He failed.
"Leo! You're back, dude!" Mikey hugged him, drawing back when seeing Leo in pain.
"L-Leo?" Allie asked, walking into the room. Leo gave the weakest smile he could, I don't blame him. After all the pain he endured, if smiling hurted, he didn't need too do it. "I knew it... I just knew it..."
Leo went wide-eyed seeing Sammy. He didn't know who this was. "Don't worry, Fearless. He's Sammy Lawrence. Allie's father." Leo gave a look, the 'I-still-don't-trust-them' look. Giving a sigh, I finished, "And a great ally." Leo looked up, with a look, telling me that he'd still keep an eye on him. "Let's get ya outta here." We started too lift him up, but when we touched his left leg, he whimpered in pain.
"I'm gonna check on it once we're downstairs. Ok?" Donnie grabbed Leo from us and wrapped his arms around his shoulders. Once he walked into the living room, he slowly placed Leo onto the couch. "Looks like it's broken. It's healing-"
"But the wrong way," Sammy added. Soon he grabbed Leo's leg and pressed his hands two diffrent ways. "I'm going too rebreak the bone if you're ok with that, Leo." All of us had a worried faces. "Is it?" Leo gave a nod, squeezing Donnie's hand. Sammy forcefully pushed Leo's leg. A snap was heard as Leo whimpered. Sammy looked scared, but Leo gave him a nod telling him that he was fine.
April lifted up a rug to her basement. "I'm going too get Leo a blanket." April walk down the stairs, when she called out to us, "Guys! Come here!"
We rushed down, Donnie grabbing Leo. "Look, it's a new door!"
Allie looked at the door, "It's a cartoon door."
