"Well, you screwed up." Nadeshiko concluded as Sakurako explained to her what had transpired a few minutes ago. Three hours of insistence for getting through just four exercises was outrageous. It was only natural for even someone like Himako to lose her cool, and there was nothing that could be done.
"That's not helpful at all!" Sakurako gasped at her older sister as she shrugged. Different from what she had imagined, Nadeshiko did not give her the usual scolding followed by a useful piece of advice while instead just giving up and getting ready to leave the room. But well, what was she expecting anyways. For what she had done there was not too much hope for her at all was there?
"You should just leave it for today and take a shower. Dinner will be ready soon, anyways." Nadeshiko said as she was now fully up. Pausing a moment for looking at her sister, who had not replied, she could see the girl was truly sad. "Why don't you take that chance to also think about what you've done? When you're done, please also apologize to Himako." Nadeshiko, although not being the warmest of the girls, tried reassuring her sister before she left the girl alone in the room.

Sakurako turned off the shower as she finished rinsing herself. The girl then entered the bathtub and soaked herself in the water.
"That's it!"
'How come I have done this?' Sakurako flinched slightly as the memories from what had happened not too long ago flooded her mind. It had not been the first time something like this happened, except this time Himawari's reaction was a lot more explosive in comparison. The chestnut-haired girl's heart raced; Himawari never got so angry at her, something that deep down, as much as she didn't want to admit, hurt the girl a bit.
Sakurako fully immersed herself on the bathtub in order to hide the huge blush that had formed on her cheeks. This tightening feeling on her chest... she knew she had gone too far.
"Sakurako, are you done there yet? The food is already on the table!" Hanako called for her sister from the other side of the door, successfully waking the girl up from her thoughts. Sakurako sighed as she sat up from the bath tub before replying to her sister.
"I'm sorry... I'm not going to take much longer."
Hanako noticed her sister's tone was a little deeper than usual. The girl then dismissed it quickly; maybe she had just misheard since she was outside the toilet.
Sakurako sighed, she wasn't too excited for dinner.

'That stupid girl!' Himawari thought as she immersed herself in the bathtub. Obviously enough we knew whom her thoughts were about. Despite her best efforts, it was hard not to lose it when someone deliberately calls your for helping them and barely make any progress in three hours of studying. Seriously, three hours! Merely thinking about it again made Himawari's blood boil as clenched her fist and punched the water spraying it everywhere. The girl's hard breath then gradually faded as she brought her knees close to her chest and rested her head on them, a large blush covering her face. 'Even though I had other plans for when we were finished...'
Himawari sighed, displeased with all that had happened on this day. Maybe she would just go sleep right after dinner.
The girl dried herself and left the shower. On the sink of the bathroom, two tickets for an all-you-can-eat sweets cafe that had opened recently.

How was this? It looks like homework wasn't really the only reason Himawari got so upset, was it? :D
