It's been 7 years since that day. Taken away and lost to me for another 100 years at best. What was I to do? Time passes so slowly in this world.

Sebastian strolled through the park gazing over the transparent crystals that formed from the branches of the now bare trees. The white the blanked his world revealing the stagnant place he had brought himself to. But all of his mistakes or so he now sees as mistakes brought up from a mere human girl, Impossible. His mind wouldn't accept it but his heart would not allow any other conclusions. He had absent-mindedly made his way into town, now only a few blocks away from his home.

"Wah. Wah~ah." The soft sound of a baby's cry was heard in a distance. Sebastian stopped in his tracks and faced the directions he heard the soft sobs coming from.

Down a dark ally."wah~waah~ah" the baby's cry's became harsher and desperate. Sebastian looked around for any witnesses to see if someone else had noticed. The vacancy of the street only strengthening his hunch that the child would probably die out here.

Out of shear curiosity (he made himself believe) he walked down the ally that had been consumed in darkness coming closer and closer to the child's cry. Sebastian looked over reaching the end of the ally and saw the baby no more than 3 months old, laying in the corner near some trash wrapped in nothing more than a thin blanket. The man felt pity for the child. At that moment an image of ceil as a child came into his mind. At that thought he couldn't bring himself to leave the defenseless being on its own and picked the child up into his arms giving the being a bit of warmth. The infant was ice cold and red in the face. Sebastian knew it had to have gotten sick and was in need of milk. He rushed back to his home waking everyone in the house.

"Everyone come quickly! It's an emergency!." He shouted waking the household servants. Soon after everyone had gathered in the hall puzzled as to the thing in his hands. Something that had yet to be revealed to them. The child's sobs had quieted and the infant had fallen asleep helping to keep an air of mystery to the servants.

"I need anyone with knowledge on children and illness to come forward immediately!" of course finny had come forward as well as mayrin and bard. "Everyone else who has not come forward is to study on children and to write a 6 page report of their finding for tomorrow morning. We have a new addition to this household and it's of the upmost importance that everyone have basic knowledge on how to care for it. You three come with me immediately."

Walking into a spare room Sebastian revealed the infant to the three servants whom all swooned at the sight. Finny however immediately took notice of the baby's condition and rushed out of the room returning in seconds with blankets.

"Sebastian you need to let go of that child it needs warmth now! Startled by Finny's behavior Sebastian complied soon understanding finny had seen the child was ill. "Mayrin I need u to heat up some water and bard go and get skylar she had a child only a month ago right?" bard nodded in response "get her right away inform her it's an emergency."

The two left the room to fulfill their duties as instructed leaving a dumbfounded master in their place, finny had changed the child's clothes and diaper and wrapped it in warm blankets holding it closely in her arms rocking gently. The child's cry's had stopped as it had fallen back asleep. "is she going to be alright?" Sebastian finally spoke. "She's very weak right now and needs a lot of care for the time being. She will be fine as long as we get her back to a stable condition."

"Sebastian? Where did she come from?" finny asked finally taking the time to question the situation at hand. "I found her on the way home I walked through the park and heard her crying in an alley as I made my way through town. I figured having a human child would make things interesting to pass the time don't u think?"

Finny just shook her head. Mayrin had comeback with a pot of hot water and finny made a bath for the child to further warm her body. Bard had made his way back with skylar just as she had finished her bath. "Skylar, I need u to feed the baby." Finny spoke bluntly. "Yes." Skylar held out her hands to the baby and positioned herself to feed the malnourished infant. The baby immediately began nursing. She nursed until skylars body had ran out of food to give luckily she had many bottles pre-perpared so she was defiantly going to have food until she grew some teeth. The baby had still been running a fever but was now warmed and fed and sleeping Sebastian had found it safe to let everyone rest until morning now taking the child back into his arms and making his way to his room. Holding the baby closely Sebastian felt a bond form between the two and smiled looking down on the innocent sleeping face. At that moment vowing to be different and to use this child to grow and understand how to make his beloved happy when she finally returns to him. He will protect and love this child like no one before. And prepare himself to reunite with his beloved ciel. The baby smiled softly and that's when Sebastian knew this child would be a perfect practice piece. "ciel will be your name. welcome to my home"
