CHAPTER 2 = THE STRONGEST TRAINER
Hey everyone and welcome back to the story!
I'm really happy about the positive response to the first chapter and you can be sure that I will be consistent with quality. You should know that Charizard and sceptile will be the only canon pokemon that ash uses as I want him to have the best team with the least amount of legends possible. Ash will inevitably encounter his old friends when he skips through the regions and mostly In the various leagues that he will mostly steamroll through. He will be dark and cruel to anyone who he doesn't consider a friend and no longer trusts people right off the bat, but he won't be pure evil and he will keep his canon personality when he is around his new friends.
With all that said; let's start chapter 2!
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
The whole stadium was deadly silent as void blasted into the arena with a completely unknown pokemon that looked far stronger than physically possible.
In the V.I.P room, the various champions were awestruck with a particular alola native looking at the dragon in a mixture of shock and dread. "H-how the hell does he have a naganadel!" kukui gasped as his fellow region leaders turned to him in surprise.
"Nagana-what?" alder asked while he didn't bother turning and kept his eyes glued to the magnificent pokemon below.
Kukui took a second to calm his nerves and spoke in a shaky voice. "Naganadel is a pseudo-legendary pokemon from alola and is one of the many ultra beasts that lie in the wormhole. It hunts pokemon that are bigger than it and specifically targets pseudo or legendary pokemon for food." he breathed out as his colleagues collectively gasped. "It just happens to be the rarest ultrabeast and also the strongest. There have only been rumors about it, but never an actual sighting!" he yelled as the sweatdrops were raining from his face. (I know he doesn't have the highest base stat but it doesn't have massive weaknesses like the rest)
Steven was completely fascinated with the mythical beast that hovered on the ground but he had to voice his opinion. "So not only is he an unrivaled trainer, but he also holds the power of legendary pokemon. I almost pity Tobias…" he shuddered as the other trainers nodded in agreement.
In the stands, the group of trainers that berated ash was standing up in complete shock as they saw the immensely strong trainer swoop down on a beautiful looking dragon that looked to be some kind of poison type. "W-what is he doing here…" Paul shuddered as they all watched the man glare at Tobias like he was a piece of meat that went bad.
Cilan turned to him with the same scared expression as he gulped. "I have no idea...but he seems to be targeting Tobias." he almost whispered in fright as they could all swear that they felt some kind of divine presence secretly glaring at them.
The rest of the shameful group only looked on in terror as they could vaguely tell that void was glaring at each one of them hatefully as he massaged a golden Pokeball. The trainer stepped onto the field and looked up at the massive dragon who roared loudly. "What the hell is that thing…" Gary uttered as he tried to stop his body from shaking.
Everyone turned to professor oak who was also looking at the ultrabeast in awe. "I don't know my boy, but it seems to be some kind of pseudo-legendary…" he said with a quiver in his tone as everyone's eyes were still settled on the dragon who began to hover over void.
The terrifying trainer was wearing a massive full body coat that stretched all the way up to his chin, concealing his face with the massive collar. The coat was colored in ice white with gold trimmings that gave off some sort of divine theme. He wore golden gloves that looked to have combat marks torn into them with a rugged pattern on the palm to help with climbing. But what got the most attention was the chest plate that was barely visible under the long jacket. It was pure black and gold with what looked like fragments of pearls and diamonds decorating either side. On the top of the armor was two massive stones. A pearl, a diamond, and an empty place holder that felt vaguely sinister when you looked at the empty pocket as if something truly evil had been inside. In the very center of the glorious plate was a glowing ball of energy that gave off the colors of the rainbow. It seemed to emit a massive golden glow as a powerful god had possessed it. Most of the audience were miffed as to what the hell the beautiful jewel was, but inside the champions box, every single region leader was sweating like they were being smoked in a furnace.
Asta was holding the legendary artifact that created the universe.
The Jewel of Life.
Asta looked up to the frozen group of champions and smirked darkly as he tucked the rest of his poke balls inside his attire. "I won't be needing any of you guys…" he whispered softly into his coat as he felt the balls rumble in response. He then looked over to Barny the dinosaur ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) who was glaring at the terror-stricken Tobias with a bloodthirsty grin that his master shared. "Naganadel...release the fools pokemon," he said coldly as the dragon's eyes glowed a deep blue and a Darkrai appeared on the field.
Tobias was still stiff with fear as he looked at his pokemon that was forced out of its device. "Y-you will pay for that…" he growled as he straightened up. "Darkrai! Use ice beam!" he shouted as the nightmare pokemon created a large blue beam that shot towards the dragon.
Asta sighed in disappointment as he watched in boredom as the ice beam neared his equally uninterested pokemon. "You could at least try to hide how stupid you are…" he deadpanned as his expression shifted into a cold, ruthless mask. "Naganadel…...take the hit…" he hissed, shocking everyone as the beam crashed into the prone monster.
As the mist cloud cleared, everyone paled when they saw that the attack had absolutely no effect. "Ku Ku Ku ku…." the dragon sounded off as he flapped his huge wings and shake off the water. Was he laughing?
"Signal beam…" asta commanded as a rainbow beam of pixels fired from the mouth of the dragon and pierced the Darkrai easily. The pokemon was instantly knocked out with the stupidly strong attack that was so fast that it couldn't even move a muscle in time to avoid the blast.
Tobias looked at his Darkrai that had been defeated like it was a ratata. Even though the attack was super-effective, his pokemon was unconscious before it even hit the ground.
Tobias then released his Latios as it soared around in the sky and landed ahead of his trainer. Asta looked at the pokemon with slight interest as he turned back to naganadel. "Shoot it out of the sky...with dragon pulse," he said with zero emotion as a giant ray of turquoise energy struck the Latios with a massive boom. The poor Jet pokemon crashed down to the sky like a ragdoll and limply twitched as it was recalled.
Asta was already getting immensely bored with the battle and decided to end it quickly. "Oi naganadel! Call out the last of his disgraceful team and let's finish this…" he snarled as the remaining 4 members all shot out of their capsules. When the blue glows settled. He saw a heatran, cresselia, azelf, and a tornadus appear on the field. They didn't get a chance to attack as a sinister rose aura incased naganadel. "Use acid downpour!" asta bellowed as the dragon shot an incalculable amount of deadly acid out of its massive stinger and a purple sludge ingulfed the 4 remaining legendaries while they all fainted in under a second. The liquid rapidly melted the arena until there was a huge crater that could house several wailord's. When the pokemon looked like they were about to be covered and melted into goo, the purple wasp swooped in like a violet blur and snatched the legends as it harshly dropped them in front of his master.
"What the hell ar-" Tobias was stopped dead in his tracks as he was viciously kicked in the stomach with enough force to make him vomit profusely. The wheezing man looked up into golden eyes as he saw a white boot come down on his face. "AAAHHHRRRGGG" he screamed in pain as he tried to escape the crazy trainer.
Asta was easily able to hold him with just one foot as he growled into the fear-filled trainer. "You will release all of your pokemon and revoke your trainer license, otherwise; naganadel will devour you and melt your head into Jelly," he instructed/threatened with a sickly sweet smile that made everyone in the arena shudder. When Tobias refused to comply, his belt was forcefully ripped away from him as his Pokeball's scattered around the battlefield. "As promised…" he hissed darkly as he patted the wasp-dragon on the head as it elongated its fangs.
Tobias knew he had made a grave mistake when the massive dragon slowly hovered over to him with purple acid dripping from its mouth and stinger. "Make him suffer…" asta said with a cruel smirk as his pokemon giggled sadistically and took a small bite out of the trainer's leg, making the limb flare up in a black coloration. "Naganadel's poison is strong enough to completely melt a diancie, who is said to be nearly indestructible. But when you lower the toxicity, however…" he trailed off as he stomped on the downed man's knee which made him screech in pain.
Asta then clicked his fingers and the dragon closed in on its prey, hungrily crunching down on bones like they were beef jerky and tearing off flesh easily. It then spread its wings and chomped down on the trainer's neck; decapitating him. Naganadel then swallowed the dead trainer whole in front of the terrified audience and gulped down his remains. "And that's that…" he sighed as he looked at the bloody floor with a satisfied smile.
The man then looked towards ash Ketchum who was strangely feeling happy about the gruesome show that he was given. The dragon appeared right in front of him with asta jumping off as he spotted a scared straight Cynthia. As he looked at the boy with a bittersweet smile, he whispered something in his ear. "Meet me at Canalave city, 6:00 pm sharp. I have a gift for you…"
Once he had delivered the crucial message, he jumped off the dangerously high wall and landed back on his pokemon. "Return, my friend," he said fondly as the dragon chirped as pushed the button and zipped inside of the sphere. He then withdrew another Pokeball. This time it was red and a marshy green that signaled the elements of fire and bug.
Asta then turned to the stands and saw the recent occupation of his torture fantasies. The group who betrayed his future disciple looked at him as he dared them to turn away. "Volcarona...come out and play!" he bellowed as a sun-shaped pokemon burst out of the ball and sent a furious glare at the mass of people. "You really think that you could betray my disciple and chosen one, then expect me to let you leave?" he asked mockingly as they readied their pokemon by instinct. "If your all soo much better than ash... I want you to prove it!" he snarled as they all released their companions.
What he saw didn't surprise him, but that didn't mean that he wasn't disappointed. "Oh, what great comedy! You actually believe that those pathetic tools are anything to compare to that boy's pokemon which just took down 2 legendaries?" he continued with a smirk. "Use fusion flare…" he said darkly as his companion started to glow a dark red, almost crimson color. Volcarona then released a huge crimson ball of fire that melted everything that was near it. The floor of the arena was turned to molten rock as every single Pokemon on the field was not just defeated, but burnt to death, along with the trainers.
When madness was about to break out, he clasped a pure blue Pokeball and flung it into the crackling remains of the traitorous humans. The pokemon that came out was Xerneus, the life pokemon that could revive anyone from death and make certain people immortal. Its rainbow horns shone in the beaming daylight as it sighed at her master's deeds. "Honestly master; I think you're taking after yveltal…" she groaned as she shot a powerful beam of blinding light into the crater. In only a second, the ashes and blood spatter slowly shaped together to recreate every single deceased being like there was no murder in the first place.
The first thing that the group and their pokemon saw was a massive deer-like pokemon glaring down at them with the volcarona that had previously proton fucked them out of existence, with a disgusted expression on its face. They then glanced forward and saw void throwing and catching a Pokeball while he whistled innocently. "Consider yourselves lucky that I have Xerneus with me today. I wouldn't hesitate to leave your cinders here for those worthless champions to sweep under the rug…" he seethed as he returned to two active pokemon. He then released two new pokemon. A hydreigon, and a garchomp. "Garchomp. Take Tobias' pokemon back to my base and have the audino's heal them," he said as the land shark nodded. "And hydreigon. Fly me over to Canalave city. We need to drop off that gift for my new student…" he alluded as the other dragon cracked a smirk as the group of pokemon and their master flew off into the sun.
The group of revived humans and their Pokemon all looked at the fleeting form of void as he soared into the vast sky. It took them all a few moments to truly realize what had just happened. They had all been annihilated by a single attack from void's volcarona which somehow knew the move fusion flare, which was only accessible to kyurem and reshiram. "Did we just die?" oak asked the teens as he looked at the huge crater that was filled with blood red fire that looked unable to be put out. He was both horrified and amazed by the destructive power of void and his team of monsters. It was rumored that he only uses his strongest team when he battles a specially chosen trainer or an archipelago member so the professor had to guess that this wasn't even his strongest team.
The others were also in a state of paralysis as they also wondered the same thing. One second, it felt like every atom in their bodies was melting, and then the next, they are standing in front of the life pokemon that was famed for reviving the dead. They all see how bored the trainer looked when he faced Tobias who was now inside the belly of that mysterious dragon. They all saw how every single legendary was knocked clean out with one attack, some even fainting on contact. And they couldn't forget that super move that looked akin to a toxic vortex. The acid was able to melt anything on contact and would make all poison and fire types jealous.
Paul dusted himself off as he examined the huge pit of fire that he was being scorched in just a minute ago. "Looks like it. And why the hell was he so interested in ash?" he asked in slight irritation as he scowled.
"It looked like he was targeting us from the start...and he called ash his disciple…" dawn mumbled sadly before it clicked for everyone. "N-no way…" she whispered in horror as she looked up towards her ex who was watching them with none other than Cynthia shirona resting her beautiful face on his shoulder. He had a slightly amused, if not twisted smirk on his face as he abruptly left the Sinnoh champion. Dawn tried to ignore the massive pang of jealousy of seeing him with another woman, intentional or not, but she couldn't help but feel slightly depressed at the sight.
Everyone had their eyes glued to ash as the pieces of the puzzle finally made sense. "He attacked us because of ash…" Gary shakely gasped as he widened his eyes. "Which means that ash is connected to them somehow!" he exclaimed to the equally shocked people.
Their attention snapped from Gary to ash in a matter of seconds as he released his Charizard which let out a fierce roar and awaited his trainer. He then mounted the orange beast and took one last look at his former friends and waved mockingly. "Mark my words you treasonous scum. In time, I will become the new leader of the master's archipelago and crush each and every one of you in battle, along with those simpletons that dare call themselves champions. Remember my name and let it cause misery inside your sorry souls as you see me at the peak of this world, looking down on you like the insects that you are. Farewell and I guarantee that you will all see me in the future and become cannon fodder for my rise to the top…" he announced as the dragon blasted off into the distance, leaving a fearful horde of former companions in his wake.
Delia Ketchum was in tears when she realized how far they all had pushed her son. She fell to her knees and sobbed loudly. "Oh, ash! I'm so sorry my boy!" she balled as they all gave her a sad glance but stiffened when they heard footsteps coming from the tunnel. They could all vaguely make out a Kanto trainer uniform. The figure then stepped out of the hallway and glared at Delia and sent probably the most hateful glare to the professor.
"Shut your hole you old crone...go and feel sorry for yourself when your son puts a hyper beam in your stomach…" a hoarse voice growled in anger as red passed through the crowd. "Your son will become far stronger than any of you can imagine and he will show you bunch of cowards and fools no mercy when he crushes each region with unseen brutality." red snarled to his distant relative while he released a yellow dragon from a ball. "If you all really want to see him, I suggest that you just act like it never happened and wait in fear as the next regional tournament shows up. I guarantee you that our new friend will decimate the foolish challengers that dare to question his strength." he sneered as he mounted a Dragonite that shot away faster than a rocket.
"W-what the hell…" misty gasped as she watched the powerful dragon zoom away like a missile. If iris wasn't so terrified, she would have been drooling the draconic might that was being displayed. The others also watched in awe as the yellow beast spiraled away.
Professor Oak looked at Delia with a pained expression as he turned to the various trainers. "I think we can all say that we have made a huge mistake…" he announced as most people nodded silently while Paul begrudgingly agreed. "For now, we should just proceed with everyday life and try and forget about him…" he sadly said as most of the crowd were extremely angered by the statement.
"What the hell are you talking about old man!" Brock shouted in rage as a few stray tears left his narrow eyes. "Ash deserves a sincere apology from everyone here! I'm not leaving my friend over something like this!" he yelled furiously as the rest nodded.
Oak relented as he took one last glance at the Charizard that flew into the clouds. He never wanted to hurt ash as he considered the boy as his own son, but he had to realize that he couldn't just breeze through life happily and keep the same naive demeanor. What worried him though was how fast the boy had changed in only a day. He was far colder and looked to be taking the slightest bit of pleasure in the execution of the professor and his friends. It was very suspicious to see the same fire in the kid's eyes what last appeared when he started out on his journey. The professor would have to do some extra investigating into the shift as he had a sneaking suspicion that red had something to do with it.
He wouldn't put it past the former champion who was the first ever trainer, along with the old man's grandson blue to receive a starter and Pokedex from pallet town. He had always hated the professor for not warning blue about mewtwo which was far stronger than the boy's entire team which made the former champion bedridden for an entire month because he took on the legend, while also hiding the information about mega evolution from red, which he eventually found out himself. He was relieved to discover that the silent trainer had wandered off into Mt silver to train his pokemon but when the news broke that the Johto champion Gold had been ruthlessly crushed and severely injured by the trainer's team, it's safe to say that the researcher almost had a heart attack.
Oak took a second to sadly sigh at the fading form of red's Dragonite as he and the other recently resurrected trainers made their way back to their respective regions.
Ash Ketchum was looking at the sunset as he waited for the ship that would take him straight to seafoam island. He was greeted by several fans as he leaned on the dock railings with a bittersweet smile as he thought back to the events of the morning. While he had been informed by red that he was one day going to be the strongest trainer in the world, while void, the current strongest pokemon master had called for a meeting that ash had arrived at; he had been given some of the worst news in his life by nurse joy, just 5 hours earlier.
(flashback)
It was around an hour after ash had received his new motivation from red when the pokecenter alert rang out to him.
"Can Mr ash Ketchum please come to the emergency operations room please~" the voice of nurse joy instructed kindly with a noticeable sadness behind her words. Ash sat up from the waiting area and made his way over to the massive room that was filled with a mixture of chansey's, blissey, and audino's who all wore saddened expressions that made the trainer panic as he ran up to the operating table and found his Pikachu smiling at him weakly.
"W-whats wrong with him joy…" he breathed out as he frantically scanned his best friend for any injuries. He saw that Pikachu looked a load weaker than his feisty and jumpy self as the rodent struggled to keep his eyes open.
Nurse joy was debating mentally on how she was going to deliver the news to the already depressed teen as she reached the decision to tell it straight. "I'm sorry ash...your Pikachu has lost all of its electric power…" she sadly mumbled as the boy turned to his first pokemon in shock. "That poor little guy gave his all and pushed too far...he used all of his power and then was hit by a luster purge from only a meter away...he won't be able to battle safely again...I'm so sorry…" she whimpered as she looked at the boy with a large amount of sympathy.
Pikachu was looking at his trainer with a hint of sadness as he thought for a second that he would be thrown aside like a used toy. He was shocked when ash picked him up and hugged the life out of the poor mouse. "Don't think for a second that I'd abandon you, buddy. Were in it till the end…" ash choked out as they both sobbed with the various nurses and pokemon that were touched by the scene.
Nurse joy was so touched by the beautiful moment that she almost forgot to give ash the item that dropped from the fainted pokemon. "Oh wait! Your pokemon actually dropped this when he fainted against that Latios!" she exclaimed as the two partners raised curious eyebrows. "Here~" she chirped as she withdrew a small pair of feathers. One was a silky silver while the other was a shining rainbow. While the innocent nurse was oblivious to the significance of the beautiful feathers, ash and Pikachu however, well their eyes were practically bursting out of their sockets. What the nurse had presented were the rainbow and silver wings that were said to be the key element to summoning Lugia and Ho-oh, the two strongest legendaries in Johto.
Ash tried his very best to conceal his completely amazed face as he accepted the shining feathers gratefully. "T-thank you joy...it was...erm...a family treasure back in my native region of Kanto…" he lied like an absolute idiot that the nurse saw through easily but decided not to push it. When Ash and Pikachu saw that she wasn't very nosy about the strange moment, they silently breathed a sigh of relief.
When the raven-haired boy looked back at the stunning nurse, he saw what he hoped was a lustful glint in her eyes as she swayed her hips towards him. "And before you go ash…" she breathlessly said as she kissed his cheek. "You really turned me on when you fought those legendary pokemon with just three of your own. If you ever come back to sinnoh...i'll be waiting for you to rock my world~" she purred seductively as she pressed her large breasts against the flushed trainer. Her leg was reaching up and grinding on him as her hand was about to start massaging his growing bulge when a blushing audino coughed into her hand cutely as she leads the horny nurse into her private quarters.
Ash was desperately trying to conceal his massive bulge as Pikachu sweatdropped at his trainer's perversion. The mouse slapped him on the back of the head, making the boy momentarily scowl and send his friend a deadly glare which was extremely out of character for him. Once Pikachu had gotten over the fear of the red aura that was emitting from his master, he pointed to the two feathers and ash quietly apologized for the overreaction. "Holy shit….they the real things as well, hard as steel…" he whispered in awe as he examined the beautiful objects. "Maby I can ask red about it before I go to Kanto…" he mused aloud as his Pikachu went pale at the name.
The teen looked at his starter who was starting to sweat profusely and breathe raggedly. "What's wrong buddy? Did I say something?" he asked as the rodent quickly composed itself.
The two close companions then set out to the stadium to find red and watch Tobias face the mystery opponent that would soon change his life.
For better or for worse…
(flashback end)
Ash looked at the coming boat that would soon leave Canalave city and sail over to his much-loved home of Kanto. Pikachu hopped on his shoulder and nuzzled his cheek happily as the electric type looked at the marvelous boat.
"Quite the view isn't it?"
Ash turned around to see void standing right beside him. 'How the hell did he get there!' the teen mentally screamed as he immediately bowed his head in respect. "Its an honor to meet you sir!" he squeaked as he rapidly lowered his head over and over again.
"Hey! Hey! You don't have to bow to me ash. I may be the strongest trainer on earth but I can assume that you will be one day too." he assured with a beaming smile as he patted the young boy on the head. The man then released a box that had a shining white ball inside. "Since we will one day fight; i decided to give you a special pokemon to even the odd's." asta smirked as ash started to feel dizzy.
Ash looked at the man in shock as he gasped at the Pokeball that emitted an aura similar to the golden ball that void always carried with him. "Thank you void...but what is it?" he questioned as he saw the man grasp the ball.
Asta then turned to him and released the pokemon. It was a quadrupedal, wolf-like monster with pure black skin with silver, red, and gold outlines. It had a massive armored head that acted like a power brace that stopped it from releasing too much energy. The creature looked up at its new trainer and for an unknown reason, bowed like the boy was some kind of god. "This pokemon is called type null. It is a pokemon from the alola region and it is almost as rare as the legendary gods that rule the earth. There have only been 2 of these guys sighted in the world with the other being with a relatively inexperienced trainer that I am sure you will run into." he explained to the starstruck teen. "It is one of the strongest Pokemon that isn't a pseudo-legendary or a full-on legend...however…" he paused. "This one, in particular, has been trained to the absolute peak, so much so that it is a completely different color and type than the original." he continued to ash who was barely able to keep up with the amount of info being thrown at him.
Asta then pulled out his famous golden Pokeball as a ray of divine light shot from the device. The pokemon that came from it was a fox-like creature with a black fur coat and a massive golden mane running down to the floor and giving off an incredible amount of energy. Void then passed his Pokedex to the teen who did a double take when he saw a blood red version on the device. "This is a zoroark. Its a pokemon from the Unova region and is supposed to be a dark type. Instead of that...it is a psychic type." he smirked as the boy fell to the floor in shock.
Void then started to glow in a golden light as ash could see the sky part and a holy light shone down on the man. "There are only two beings that can grant this power. Arceus and Giratina; the two most powerful legendary pokemon. While my zoroark has been cursed by the god of all pokemon, your new friend bears the curse of Giratina, the devil of our world. That means that the pokemon you hold now will have the power of Giratina and will be able to access its ultimate move if you train it hard enough." he casually explained. "While all legends can bless a pokemon with their exclusive move, only god and the devil can grant power to humans…" asta said to the shaking teen.
Ash looked up at the man in a state of paralysis as he tried to form a sentence. "Does that mean that I will catch Giratina!?" he questioned in awe as he swiftly lifted himself from the cobblestone floor. The winds in Canalave city began to get rough as the cruise ship rocked from the force.
"You will find out soon enough...but that doesn't matter now." void said as he gripped the boy's shoulder firmly. "Listen well ash! Since you are a member of the archipelago; you are now my direct subordinate. Your goal will be to travel through the regions in this order. Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, and alola. You will collect the various gym badges and compete in the league tournament to be allowed a shot at the elite four. You will defeat them with your new darkness and challenge each champion; crushing them ruthlessly while continuing onto the next. You will also make it your goal to catch the various legendary pokemon of the regions, bearing in mind that most of them are probably owned by me. Once you have completed those tasks...you will challenge red to a pokemon battle and eventually defeat him. Once you have conquered him, you will fight me with your single strongest team, holding nothing back and becoming the one thing that you have always been." he paused as his expression turned gleeful. "Hiden away in that naive, stupid, childish, innocent, pathetic costume that everyone calls ash Ketchum is a monster. A monster that will be feared and respected by every living being. This is goodbye for now….son of the devil…" asta smirked as a golden portal appeared behind him while the trainer and his zoroark jumped inside, disappearing from the human realm.
Ash gasped as the pair leaped through the wormhole. He then looked down at null who smiled happily. A contrast to the Pokedex entry that described him as a bloodthirsty beast. The pokemon returned to his ball as the ship pulled into the docks. "Wow...well this is it…" he said aloud as he boarded the massive ferry which was decorated in orange. He made his way through the ship as he found a cabin that had a nice view of the ocean.
The boy lied down on the bed as he sighed tiredly. "What a day…" he thought out loud as the ship set off for Kanto. He had mixed feelings about returning to his birthplace. For one; he was excited to surprise the various gym leaders that had formed a friendship and also looked forward to crushing his Kanto friends in the league tournament, but there was a problem. The first place that he was targeting was his hometown of pallet. He needed to retrieve his old belongings, trophies, and a special picture that would give him hope of finding a special person, but he knew that he would need to go through oak and his mother to accomplish that goal.
"I guess I better get some sleep then…" he yawned as he was abruptly struck with a massive headache.
"Like hell you will! Lazy bastard…." a demonic voice echoed inside the room as ash could feel his whole body reacting to this sinister presence. A murky black warp-hole appeared out of nowhere as the boy could see a golden head appear out of the circle.
The figure only revealed his head as he looked down in amusement at the frightened youth. "It's great to finally see you again ash...you really saved my ass a few months ago…" the massive monster that was now revealed as Giratina spoke gratefully as he cracked an angry scowl. "I can't apologize to you enough for not being able to kill those puny humans when they backstabbed you like that...it made my blood boil more than one of that old farts lectures about abusing our power…" he growled as he comically referred to the god of all pokemon, Arceus as an old man. "Because of that disgusting betrayal at the hands of those puny scum, the hatred, anger, cruelty, and evil inside your heart has only grown rapidly and is so strong that it rivals even mine. That is why ash Ketchum...you will be my partner and the holder of the devil Giratina!" he bellowed over dramatically as a long silence played out.
"..."
"..."
Then the two beings began to laugh hysterically…
And that was chapter 2!
I hope you all enjoyed the very last intro chapter as we get into the real story. Remember that their will only be the best anime battles from Sinnoh, Hoenn, Johto, and Kanto as the story starts at the end of the Sinnoh league, but don't worry because there will be rematches like ash vs Gary, ash vs Paul, ash vs may and so on, but don't expect ash to face irrelevant trainers with weak pokemon compared to how he is now. After he completes Sinnoh, he will face the same opponents in the leagues like Alain and Cameron. The evil teams will be the same story as the games with some major plot twists added while I will also have ash travel with some male characters that I can actually tolerate. (because fuck Cilan, Brock, and max…)
I am only including the events of very significant movies in this as I find most of them irrelevant to the plot. And no….ash WILL NOT have FUCKING first stage pokemon by his EIGHTH GYM BADGE, like... I mean...come on Nintendo…
