Demyx spent two days at Axel's apartment. During that time, he's been ravaged by terrible dreams of dark storm clouds and a grey expanse. A voice that warmed his insides and trapped him from his friends. Axel's contorted face of fury, fire ignited around him in a spiral of flames. He recalled crying in the arms of his friend, a short blond haired girl with a sneer on her face, electricity shredding the ground, through her fingertips and the screams leaving her lips.
He woke on his side, shivering beside Axel who nudged him in the shoulder before helping him sit up. It was a quiet morning as he trudged into the bathroom and pulled his clothes off. He switched the faucet on and jumped in the shower. His memories were meant to stay quiet all day, even if they ravaged his mind during the night. He would stay safe in the embrace of his friend. Once he got out of the shower and began pulling on the clean clothes that Axel let him borrow. He heard a murmur on the other side of the door.
"How did you get my number?" Axel asked, his voice low, but Demyx cracked open the door and listened in, he heart started to thrum faster in his chest. "What the fuck do you want?"
Demyx stepped in the hall, tilting his head, hands curled into fists at his side to keep himself from shaking.
"There's a saying, no means no, got it memorized?" Axel hung up.
Demyx looked down at the smooth floorboards and stepped back, away from Axel who was quietly swearing.
"How the fuck did he find him?"

"One last time," Zexion said to Sora and Roxas, the three of them crouched behind a bush. Three small bags of green hash were in each of their hands. Sora sighed, his eyes glazed over, while Roxas teetered back and forth with a smile on his lips.
Sora took out a hand sized pipe with rainbow colors with a glass texture. He opened his bag while Roxas looked around the park they were sitting in, making sure no one was going to see them. Once Sora placed enough of the weed into the pipe, Roxas pulled out his sea-green lighter and passed it to Zexion.
"We have to head out after this. I don't want Kairi or Namine finding out we're still smoking in the park," Sora said.
"Yeah, yeah, hurry up," Roxas said.
After each of them took a hit. Roxas's cellphone rang in his pocket. He reached for it as Zexion sprayed his AXE cologne at the three of them. Sora coughed, waving his hands.
Roxas answered his phone. "Hello?"
Zexion dropped the cologne back into his backpack and stood, only to spot two familiar people in the distance and knelt back down. Poking Sora and Roxas in the shoulder.
"They're here."
Sora cursed under his breath.
"I have to go," Roxas muttered in his phone, he hung up and stood, along with Sora and Zexion.
"I told you two days ago to stop smoking in the park," Namine growled, pointing her finger at all three. She was blond haired girl wearing a white dress and mint colored shoes. Her brows were pinched, glaring at the three boys with droopy eyes and blown pupils.
"It's not like we told you two to come looking for us?" Roxas said.
"You skipped school, again, Roxas," Namine glared at him.
"And Sora," Kairi interjected, making Sora wince from the harsh tone, "you have to go back, and quit lying that you're at your grandmother's. She died three years ago." Kairi was a red haired girl, she held more anger in her than Namine.
Sora shrugged. "Ain't my fault they believe it."
Zexion laughed, he couldn't help it. The butterflies in his stomach went off right away at how absurd everything was. He laughed, until Sora and Roxas joined him, leaving Kairi and Namine glaring but their features softened.
"We'll go back…next week," Sora said, holding his stomach.
"Yeah," Roxas said.
Zexion said nothing. He didn't go to a public school, and maybe several years back he went to an institution, but now he's home schooled. The thought of returning home bothered him, but if he let the butterflies take over, then he didn't have to think about it.
