The rays of sun coming from the sky woke me up. Altivo was still asleep, so I kept my head on Altivo's body and stroked his hair. How long was I here for?

"Miguel? Miguel? Where are you!? The isn't funny!"

I gasped. I recognize that voice anywhere. It's Tulio! I just wanted to run into his arms and kiss his handsome face! But I didn't. Maybe one day i'll get my chance. Suddenly, my mind was flooded by memories of the night before. I felt a lump form in my throat and I felt my eyes water. I cried into Altivo's hair.

Tulio must've heard me crying because he started to walk in my direction. "Miguel? Is that you? Where are you?" He said.

Tulio peeked around the corner of the building I was hiding behind and gave a sigh of relief. " Oh thank god I found you! I thought-" He paused as he noticed that I was crying.

"Miguel, what's wrong?"

I stood up and continued to sob. "I- I-"

Tulio got closer to me and looked at me sympathetically. He spread out his arms and I fell into his embrace. I don't think i've ever hugged someone faster in my entire life. I was still mad at him, but the warmth of his body soothed me. I wish I could be in his arms forever.

"Shh Miguel, it'll be okay. How about you tell me what's wrong?"

"*sniff* It's, it's nothing. Ignore it." I responded. I want to tell him, but i'm in no shape to talk.

"Miguel it's not nothing, you ran away last night and this morning I find you behind a building with the horse. I know you, now tell me what's going on."

"Let's just go back to the temple, i'll tell you later." I broke away from the embrace and sighed.

"Okay, let's go back to the temple. Will you tell me what happened when we get there?"

I sniffled. "Yeah, I guess." Tulio wrapped his arm around my back. I smiled at him. This man knows exactly how to calm me down, one of the many reasons that I fell for him. We walked up the temple stairs, Tulio's arm was wrapped around me the entire time. Eventually, we made it to the top.

"Okay, now tell me why I found you behind a building laying on a horse."

"Is Chel around?"

"What does Chel have to do with any of this?"

"Tulio!"

"No, she's not here. She was helping me look for you then she caught up with a friend. She's probably talking with her or something. I don't know what girls do."

I gave a slight chuckle, then I sighed. "Tulio, i'm about to tell you something very personal, and you have to promise me that no matter the outcome, we'll be friends no matter what."

Tulio looked at me with a concerned glance. "Miguel, we'll always be friends." Said Tulio reassuringly.

"Promise?" I said sadly.

Tulio sighed. "I promise."

Okay, here goes nothing. "I love you."

Tulio stood there silently, looking at me with a shocked look. Oh no, i've really done it now, may our friendship rest in peace. I looked at the ground in shame.

"Oh, y-, you mean in that way…"

I looked up at Tulio with a shameful stare. I started to feel sad again. I knew this was a mistake. I never shou-.

"I feel the same way." Blurted Tulio.

I looked up at him in shock. Did he just say what I thought he said?! "Wh-"

Before I knew it, Tulio tugged at my shirt and kissed me so passionately I nearly fainted. I wrapped my arms around him and kept kissing him. I didn't want it to end. We fell onto the stone couch, and we stroked each other's hair. One thing led to another, and before we knew it we were laying next to each other on the floor half dressed. We were both panting like dogs.
