Teresa Oswald was sound asleep in the king sized bed in the master bedroom at her dad's loft when she was awoke by a pounding on the door. Groggly Teresa got up, and made her way to the door and opened it and was shocked to fined Gemma Teller-Marrow standing there.
"Hey Gemma, what can I do for you?" Teresa asked.
"You know about the rape?" Gemma asked not pausing for an instance.
"Reason why I came home early. My little sister needed me and she was put through, in my opinion, what no woman should ever go through. So yes I know about it." said Teresa.
"Has Tristen said who did it or did she say anything?" Gemma asked.
"Let me guess, dad wants SAMCRO to help him out on this one and he is pulling out all the stops to find out who the fucker was that did it. Tristen hasn't told me anything, only that she wished that her mom was more like mine." said Teresa.
"Shit. I'm so sorry for barging in on you like this. I just want to help the guys find the fucker who did this." said Gemma.
"Believe me if I had a gun and knew who the fucker was I would probably be thrown in jail for murder." said Teresa. "I do have gun. Just don't know the fucker that did it." she added.
"Karen just wants to sweep shit under the rug." said Gemma. The two women had moved to the front steps and were drinking out of a bottle of Jack and passing a joint back and forth. Kimberly liked Gemma. She was straight forward and didn't hold back on her words. Plus she was feircly overprotective of her family.
"It's gonna come back and shit on every relationship that my sister ever has. I was in an abusive relationship at one point and I had hit rock bottom. Luckily my mom and older brother found out and lets just say my ex was never seen again. Though it still stems over. I have a hard time in trusting men." Teresa confessed.
"Well nobody on this lot will ever hurt you. I'm sorry you had to go through all of that." said Gemma taking a hit and passing it back.
"My brother lives in Tacoma Washington. He's known as the Tacoma Killer. Same mom different dad's, but he is very protective of Tristen and myself. When he found out that I was getting beat every single day I'm surprised Washington State didn't blow up." said Teresa.
"Yea I'm suprised on that one. Though he is a good one to have as a brother." said Gemma
"Hey how about you talk to Karen, and I talk to Tristen and then we'll get the message to our dad and the guys of who the fucktard is. Well little bitch because if you have to rape an innocent fourteen year old you are nothing but a little bitch!" said Teresa.
"Lets go. I'll drive." said Gemma. Teresa locked her door and followed Gemma out to her caddy and the two took off for St. Thomas.
"Hey T." said Teresa.
"Hey I'm ready to go home, but they are keeping me to make sure my tears don't get infected. I don't really want to go home. Mom is no help at all." said Tristen.
"Well I can talk to dad about, if you wanted, staying with me at dad's loft. It's a three bedroom two bath. I'm moving to Charming. I'm either going to live at dad's loft full time or tempararly until I get a place." said Teresa.
"Can I please stay at the loft? Mom just doesn't want to talk and she doesn't know that she his hurting me for not letting me talk about it." said Tristen.
"I'll talk to dad. Though I have one question, who did this to you? Believe me it will get taken care of and you'll never have to worry about this fu' worthless piece of shit again." said Teresa.
"He was the clown at the dunk tank that taunted Jax and his friends." said Tristen as she started crying again.
"Come here sis." said Teresa as she laid on the bed with her baby sister and cuddled her. Yes she smelled like weed and Jack, but she was there for her sister. Tristen was so sweet and non judgemental that she didn't even notice or care.
"Dad and SAMCRO will take care of it. Just relax. I'm here for you." Teresa added as her sister fell asleep in her arms.
A bit later Elliot and Karen walked in. Karen had been talked down by Gemma Teller Marrow, and she wasn't surprised to see Teresa being there for her little sister. Elliot was happy about it, but Karen didn't want any part of it. Teresa was trash and so was her mom and her mom's sister and that half breed criminal older brother of hers.
"Why do you let her be around Tristen?" Karen asked.
"Teresa is Tristen's sister, and she wants to be there for her and the family. I know you don't like my past. Listen I really loved her mom, but she wouldn't leave Bakersfield and I wouldn't leave Charming. Though we have stayed friends. It was our Georgraphic locations that killed us." said Elliot.
"Oh tell me once again that I'm not the one you wanted." Karen snarled.
"Karen you are so stuck up that you just don't see the good in anyone. That's what made me fall from Reesa's mom. You need to chill a bit and I have been told that you are not thinking about how our daughter feels." said Elliot.
"I don't want everyone to know that our daughter was the girl that was raped at FUNTOWN!" Karen yelled the last part.
"Well that's the truth and like I said, Teresa said the same thing, that it will shit on every relationship she has unless she puts this shit to bed." Gemma put in.
"I have to agree with Gemma and I'm speaking from experience. I had a really bad relationship where I was beaten and raped on a daily basis. Though luckily my mom and my older brother found out about it and got me out of the situation. I spent some time up in Washington State and got counseling for it. Just please let your daughter get help. I'm afraid of getting in another relationship, but it doesn't have to be so with Tristen." said Teresa.
Karen just nodded feeling defeated as Tristen began to speak. "Also when I get out of here I don't want to come home for awhile. I wanna stay at the loft with Teresa. It's not you dad, it's mom. She's not helping at all and I need some time away just like Teresa took time away when she left her mom's for a bit." she said.
"The loft? Really?" Karen asked disgusted.
"It's the safest place in town for my girls beside's our house and the police station." Elliot put his two cents in. Throwing up her hands in frustration Karen stalked out.
"Someone needs to get the stick out of her ass cause it's lodged in her throat." Gemma commented as Tristen and Teresa laughed.
"Well on that note I should go grocery shopping. I'll be back later T." said Teresa hugging her little sister and dad before walking out of the hospital room.
"She's a good girl. Both of them are." said Gemma.
"Yea. It's a shame shit has caused them both to grow up so quick. Though Teresa is a nurse and she's making it alright. I just hate hearing that she is afraid of relationships because of that one bastard." said Elliot. Gemma patted Elliot on the arm and walked out to give Teresa a ride back to the loft so she could get her car and go grocery shopping.
Teresa pushed her cart through the produce isle trying to decipher what was organic and want wasn't.
"If you are looking for organic it's all right here." said Juice.
"Oh thanks. Juan right?" Teresa asked.
"And you're Oswald's oldest. Teresa right?" Juice asked.
"Yep." said Teresa as she loaded up and then the two carts proceeded down the drink isle. Teresa bypassed the store brand cola and picked up a twelve pack of Diet Coca Cola.
"Don't like the store brand?" Juice asked.
"No the real thing tastes better. Though my older brother always buys the store brand. Swears he can't tell the difference and he emphasized that it's much cheaper. Though I can tell the difference so I buy the name brand. He says I over spend and I think he's just a cheap bastard." said Teresa with a laugh.
"I don't do soda either way. Too much sugar." said Juice.
"Well I limit it to one a day, and throughout the rest of the day I drink water, and at night I enjoy my wine." Teresa said as she grabbed a five liter box of Frazia Chardonnay and then two cases of bottled water.
"Do you want to go out sometime? Or if you would feel more comfortable you can come over to the clubhouse and shoot some pool and have a couple beers with me." said Juice.
"Jaun you see like a nice guy, but I'm not on the market. Besides I don't even know you." said Teresa as she felt a bit bad as his cheerful look in his eyes dulled. Poor thing. Though her past was once again creeping up on her. She hurried off to finish her grocery shopping and then made a beeline out of the store and ended up speeding back to the loft.
A/N: Hope you enjoy!
