A/N: Oneshot with two parts... I just thought it was a really good idea. And I haven't written any Harry/Draco yet, which is shocking.
Disclaimer: I own nothing, unfortunately
The End
Harry stood still. Never before in his life had he felt this way.
Draco Malfoy lay motionless in front of him, angular limbs jutting out unnaturally from his fragile form, blond hair fanned on the floor.
It was chaotic on the battlefield. Moonlight illuminated the scene, silver highlighting the countless broken bodies strewn on the floor. Stars and curses glittered overhead, throwing dancing lights over the Hogwarts grounds.
Tanned, muscular arms encircled a delicate body, the protective gesture now rendered redundant. Harry buried his face in Draco's neck, inhaling deeply, absorbing the very essence of him. Draco smelt fresh, sweat from the duel apparently evaporated. Harry thought he could detect a faint trace of citrus on the parchment skin he was nuzzling, or perhaps it was just that he knew how good Draco tasted.
Red lips traced a sharp collarbone, pressing down lightly in each of the hollows that lead to a now cold neck.
Green eyes raced over the sight before them, hardly daring to believe it could be real.
Tears streamed down his face as he lowered his head again, dipping it low towards the ear of the broken boy.
"Wake up," he gasped, planting a small kiss in his lover's ruffled hair.
Draco remained silent.
Well? What do you think? Review!
