'The wind is whispering...' Kagome smiled in the warmth of the sunny rays that were peeking through the trees. Still asleep for the most part, she brought her hands over her head and stretched, laughing as the wind gently caressed her cheek before she began opening her eyes. "Good morning sun...hood morning sky..." the wind picked up and she laughed as she sat up, "and of course, good morning to you too...wind." It was silly, but she would say this every morning after spending the night outdoors. "It smells so nice in the morning," she glanced down as she felt something off against her body. Eyes widening, she took in the sight lying before her in great curiosity. "...what?"

A couple hours had passed, Kagome stood in front of the gates of the Atobe Mansion. Well...to be more accurate, she stood behind a small and rather irritating group of boys in front of the gate of the Atobe Mansion. They hadn't noticed her, and after already trying to get their attention once and being ignored or just going unheard, she stood impatiently tapping her foot as she waited for the group to make up their mind on whether or not they were going to drag her brother to whatever it was they were talking about. "Hey..." Kagome tried again, but still no dice. If they would just move a bit, she could key in the code to the gate and leave them to their own devices, but she could get through without being rude. To be honest though, if being rude got something in her stomach, than she'd be the rudest person in the world. "THERE ARE SIX OF YOU! ONE OF YOU DAMN BASTARDS COULD AT LEAST HEAR ME WHEN I'M TALKING!" She finally screamed. Taking the group by surprise as they each jumped and turned to face the puffy red cheeked girl standing before them.

"What the heck kind of business does a Seigaku brat have with our Buchou?" A boy with a cap snapped at her.

"...you must be Keigo-nii's tennis friends...well, I'm a Hyotei brat...not Seigaku." She replied, much calmer than she'd been previously before. "If you move, I can key in the access code."

The looked at her as she walked right up to him, "Ah...!" he noted the key box behind him and stepped aside.

"Who are you, if you don't mind my asking."

Kagome glanced at the tall blue haired boy with glasses, though she didn't bother to look up, she didn't care to really know these people, she wanted to get in and eat. However, she did respond to his question as she returned her attention to the box in front of her, keying in the gates entrance code. "I answered that in my earlier observation, however, I can state it in clear and concise words too if that makes it easier for you to understand." She smiled as the gate whined and opened for her, "My name is Kagome Atobe...I'm Keigo-nii's...younger sister." She bowed politely, "It's always nice to meet friends of Nii-sans."

"..."

Kagome chuckled at their stunned silence and left the group at the gate that was starting to close. The boys quickly ran after her, and somehow, she ended up playing host to the small group, since apparently Keigo was out with her mother, and she couldn't figure heads or tails where her step-father had run off to.

"I've had the servants begin prepping a meal, I do hope you all stay, I will call Nii-san and see if he's on his way back yet, if not, feel free to stay until he gets back."

"Thank you," the blue haired boy with glasses bowed. The others were quick to follow his lead.

The one with red hair smiling like some kid lost in a candy store. "Thanks!"

"Usu," This one was a large and tall boy with black hair.

The last three, the boy with brown hair and a hat, then a silvery grey haired boy, and a boy with orange hair, all just bowed politely.

Keigo walked in with Rai behind him, holding the door open for his step mother, he closed the door as she passed through. The day for him had been extremely long already, and so far, he didn't feel he had the energy to do much else. However, he had received a call from his sister about thirty minutes ago, explaining that his friends had come to see him and she had let them in to wait. "Kagome?" He called, though not necessarily yelling, but loud enough that his voice was heard throughout the majority of the bottom floor of his mansion.

"In here~!"

Following the voice of his sister, he smiled and leaned against the archway of the dining room where his friends were sitting around the large dinner table and eating with his sister who was laughing at something Mukahi had said. The situation didn't stay looking the way it had when he first walked in, as his eyes zeroed in on the Regular's jacket she was wearing. "Kagome..."

"Oh," Kagome smiled as she stood and ran to Keigo, giving him a hug, he towered her by a good six inches; being five foot one herself, he was five foot seven. "Welcome back, where did you and mama go?"

"Ah..." he pulled back and his eyes lingered on the jacket for a moment before he answered her question, "she needed to talk to the hospital..."

Kagome paled, "...oh...was there a problem...?"

"No, Souta was fine. He's improving actually. The color in his cheeks looks to be coming back, that's a good sign."

Kagome sighed. Last year, her younger brother from her mother's last marriage, had been in an accident at school. It was a case of bullying, and since she and her brother went to different schools, she'd never known about it until one of her school mates mentioned his kid brother trying to help a boy through bullying at the school. Not knowing who he was talking about, she looked into it, just to make sure it wasn't her brother, but she had gotten the full rundown from another student at the school that Souta had been beaten multiple times, though they never touched his face, didn't want to get caught. Also, name calling, and the constant imaging they were giving him, calling him worthless, throwing trash at him. In the end, one of the students had pushed him down the stairs at school, and he ended up in a coma. The doctor told them that he should be able to wake up...if he wanted to. The point of the matter was...he didn't.

"Kagome, not to change the subject...but...this jacket..."

The tennis team behind her stopped eating and turned their attention to the siblings.
